    As a geologist, those stunning rock formations by the sea alone would make a trip to Broome worthwhile! Awesome footage guys👏🏽

    Don’t forget to lock your car up and hide the keys when in Broome, locals will steal it given the slightest opportunity

      @@cjexplores they statistics on stolen cars there is out of control
      Had a work vehicle stolen last night and was involved in high speed pursuit
      These crimes all committed by the “stolen” generation

      @cjexplores  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh wow, I haven't seen the statistics but we heard a lot of people talking about it in town. There's so much history that precedes these events and no one thing is going to fix it all. One thing we know is there is still a lot of hurt and anguish from Australia's past. We heard an interesting way of governance coming out of Brazil. There is an option to live in the rainforest in a more natural, tribal existence. But to do this you must renounce all ties from modern society.

      I'm thinking of visiting Broome, is it worth the hype? Should I save the money for Bali or Thailand when the border reopens in WA?

    • @cjexplores
      @cjexplores  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@bigworld5064 right now it’s going to get very hot humid and potentially very rainy up there over summer. From January there can be cyclones too.
      If you can’t make it to Bali or Thailand and you would like an adventurous holiday we would recommend Exmouth. The Ningaloo reef is truly incredible and you don’t need to spend heaps to be there. We have a couple of videos on Exmouth and the reef if you want to learn more 😁
