Kung 10 hrs po ang duty ilang hours naman po ang pahinga?? Sabi sabi po kasi nung mga friend ko 2 hrs lang daw po ung pahinga.. as in wala daw po tulog na 8hrs totoo po ba??

depende s schedule., 11pm tapos duty resto., 6am next duty or 11am ng lunch.. so may tulog parin ng mahaba sa gabi
