As a result, the PLT-4 cars suffered a lot of major mechanical issues during their service life, which resulted in them being retired by the KP96.
@@EastCoastTransitI have my own canon, the PLT-1s were mostly the PLT-1S during Pre-GOH. During GOH, the PLT-1S were rebuilt to match the flat-faced PLT-1s, thus the reason why we can’t drive the PLT-1S, since it doesn’t exist anymore.
The PTL4 did exist in real live as a test car but was later scrapped because of the high cost of it becoming a subway car proof look at trainrider railfans 30 minute r44 r46 facts video

My guess was that the PLT-4s were the overhauled R16s in real life.
@@Boypogikami132 That could be a possibility since the gamepass description does say that it’s based on the proposed R16 conversions.
Well, actually, that problem didn’t really exist and the most of retired PLT-4 is belonging to some people
