@@yasirrakhurrafat1142 So tell me, which Arabic version of the quran do you use and why that one? Or do you not even know that there are some 40 different versions of the Arabic quran we know of? Of course all these qurans were written by unknown authors. And how do you deal with all the mistakes, discrepancies, inconsistencies and contradictions in that quran as well as the approval of evil such as raping women who have been captures in battle (surah 33:50) which is adultery and wife beating (surah 4:34) as well as child marriage (surah 65:4) which means that Mohammed and his allah approved of raping little prepubescent girls. And we see that Mohammed led by example when he married a 6 year old child and then raped that child when it was just 9 years old. Clearly Mohammed disqualified himself as a prophet of GOD by the evil he perpetrated. And remember all if islam is only based what Mohammed maybe recited and how he lived.

Apostasy in Christianity carries a death penalty? Yes it's mentioned several times in the Old Testament and this may trouble many Christians causing them to lose their faith. You're observation @ 2:30 that 'Christians no longer enforce this rule' is not entirely correct. Jesus said, 'I have not come to abolish the Law (of Moses) but to fulfill it.' In fact Jesus amplified the Law when He said 'If you look at a women lustfully, you have commuted adultery. The penalty for adultery is death by stoning. Let's look at how Jesus dealt with this death penalty in John 8:3-11 as follows:-
The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group and said to Jesus, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?” They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him. But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground. At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?” “No one, sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”
So yes apostasy carries the death penalty in Christianity but only Jesus has the right to carry out the sentence because He is sinless. Christian apostates may be going round commuting blasphemies but they will face their fate on Judgement Day.

Much of the Bible is history, telling what God's people did. It is the difference between descriptive and prescriptive - telling about something vs telling people what to do. It is not handed down from God as Muslims believe about the Quran. That's why they claim the "Torah" and the "Injeel" are lost because what we have is not the books God supposedly gave to Moses and Jesus. There never were such books, it is a fantasy, as is the Quran.

The second man (referring to Daniel) is 'a lot more famous'... I take it that you meant 'infamous', haha. Anyway, the problem with these people as I can see it is that they cannot judge about whether an action is right or wrong independently from what any subject says, regardless of autuority. Such ethical system is by definition not objective. The reality is that Islam and Judaism (and I guess Christianity) were born in the ancient Near East - a place of despotic rulers where might makes right and this is reflected in their ethical views, rules and laws. For Muslims, it doesn't matter whether what God says is objectively right or wrong. I have noticed that Muslims do not even believe in objective morality anyway. For them it is subjective and what matters is what the subject of highest authority says, and that for them is God. It is a fundamentally flawed belief.

Exactly! How is this statement of yours equating choice of faith to color preferences, be logical instead of a false equivalence fallacy?
For someone who treats following Islam as a problem, equating that choice to color preferences really screams a lack of self-consistency

    • @muniaisworthit
      @muniaisworthit 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

Choosing a particular faith, and choosing a color, both are personal choices and mostly harmless in modern era
it's not like ex muslims are gonna murder people or something (example: ex Christians sometimes converts to Islam, and muslim people even like it), but if their world followed shariah kinda law it wouldn't be possible. It just shows that shariah being applied in this era is inhumane, negative and does more bad than good, totally impractical and unnecessary.
If you think it's so much of a big deal then you agree that christians who get their freedom to choose their faith be it Islam or whatever is not a good thing. Are those muslim reverts doing any harm or harming christian people in any way? No , they are just leaving their life with the faith they think makes sense
Many people leave Christianity, many people convert to Christianity as well. But they don't have any insecurities about their religion. They don't really have any issues either. And muslims really enjoy it when a non muslim from another faith reverts. But too bad they can't do the same for their own people. The religion of peace chooses to force people to act like they are muslims out of fear.
Christianity or other religions letting their people convert to Islam is the best example of adapting or changing for better which Islam refuses to.And they claim it's peaceful and timeless.

So for those not familiar with the Bible I want to add that the reason why we don’t enforce those laws is that those laws were given by MOSES to the Israelites. God asked Moses to give these laws as a compromise because the Israelites were too stubborn to live up to the original, morally pure laws. The Mosaic laws are not considered by Christians to be necessarily perfectly moral, but simply a restraint on evil to a certain point. They are disciplinary.
When Christ came he said these laws were given due to hardness of heart of the people at that time. Jesus calls us to a higher, better law and gives us the power to live it.
Virtually every whataboutism that Muslim apologists point to in the Bible is from these Mosaic laws. Christians believe these are morally incomplete and overturned by Jesus. Muhammad took these dubious laws and turned them into divinely inspired law, elevating them to a standard of moral conduct valid for all times and places.

Or in the old testament when YHWH gives Israel King Saul when he originally did not want it, you can find other examplles in deuteronomy too.
That, and the mosaic law was meant to be more of a guideline and a book of wisdom rather than legal ruling, capital punishment was used as the highest punishment possible rather than obligatory.
In the case of apostasy, it was not only the highest but it was also given in the context of israelites rejecting the living presence of YHWH(he was in the clouds, the temple, the angel) but rebelling by inciting the community to worship lesser gods.

Christianity is not covenant of law. Covenant of Law is bless or curse me based on my ability to walk in righteousness, or unrighteousness.
Christians don't enforce it as it's not a "rule" in Christianity at all.
Also in Judaism (covenant of Law, real Judaism from "THE" book), because no person has ever walked in righteousness apart from by faith in all of human history, to be able to condemn or stone anyone, except Jesus Christ.
By covenant of law only he who is righteous may judge, or condemn, the unrighteous and the righteous spoke clearly when Jesus the Christ said "let he who is without sin cast the first stone".. and again when he made clear "neither do I condemn you".. he who could condemn, did not.

@@johnzuma4688 let's just take Surah fatiha... Can you give me another version of this Surah? You have 40 different Quran. Surely this important Surah will have different versions...

@@0786AHA You want to discuss a single surah, then go speak to your Imam my friend. I have the names of 40 different Arabic versions of the quran. Personally I only have two versions of the quran in Arabic here at home. So you want to know what differences there are between all these qurans, then I suggest that you go and buy a couple of them and compare them verse by verse. The hafs quran, the warsh quran and the al doori quran are the most popular of all these different versions. Why do you not buy a copy of each and compare them. Judging from the two quran I have you do not even need to know much Arabic to easily see the many differences in MEANING between them. But as you asked.
Hafs quran in surah 1:4 uses the word “owner” and this verse in the warsh quran is surah 1:3 and uses the word “king”. Logically not all owners are kings and of course kings are not the owner of everything. So here we have a difference in meaning which makes the warsh quran a different version of the quran to the hafs quran. You should ask your Imam to explain that to you.
And of course there is still the question you keep on running away from. Why do you believe that following Mohammed will get you to be with GOD in heaven on judgement day?
