Great interview, thank you! But I did not get what your unlying 3 values actually are. Mine would be: 1) freedom ( to live our own life and make our own choices in life is our birthright 2) respect where people are (don't force; and 3) an attitude of not-knowing (the conflict may serve a bigger goal you don't know yet). Man, how I would love to speak in person with you about the method on conflictcoaching I developed....
