@@YNTutor sir I'm making a image for phone cover , picture size is small so I'm trying to stretch the upper side of picture to the top of rectangle so that picture will look like the size of mobile cover.
I have seen there is some tool which make the borders of picture blue then you select border blue line and take it to near the top of picture then from center of this line you pick it and stretch to up and it just take it to as much you want to stretch that part of picture
understood. in this case the picture will not fill the whole rectangle since picture is square shape and its not good idea to stretch the image. its important to choose the image which is matching the rectangle proportion. if really square image need to fit . you can merge another image to that picture using transparency Tool to fill lower space

For example i have a square image and want to move or copy its top area to a rectangle shape top so what can i do?
pls try to explain your question in different word. if you mean you want to show the upper area of an image in rectangle shape. you can use power clip

stretching image freely from any side its possible with Envelope Tool . you can watch Exercise no. 43 from my Corel Draw Course
