The ambulance scene was one of the funniest parts of the entire movie! Everyone in the theater was clapping when the scene ended. It was AMAZING!!!

Chattahoochee is an native American word. A lot of places in the southeast US have native names. There were actually a fairly large number of tribes here till they were ran out or killed.
😞 American history really loves ignoring the nasty stuff it's done in the past.
@@nicksaysboo17 true but the natives lasted longer in the southeast than in the north east. Most of the different tribes still lived here until the mid to late 1800s. And it's why most southern families that lived here for generations have some native blood in them and places have native names.

When I tell you I lost my goddamn mind with that ambulance sequence, JFC. I had never seen something like that, like, my entire body clenched in fear. That was traumatizing. Whoever wrote the script needs to take a long hard look at their mental processes.

I watched it yesterday in theatre and I absolutely loved it. It was an amazing and entertaining watch, at every death scene there were audible reactions of everyone watching, mostly laughing. Just amazing. Loved your reaction, very similar to mine. Also highly recommend and will definitely watch again some time!

I live in the Australian rainforest where we have a lot of dangerous animals but I adore, Australian wildlife is so beautiful, but bears! They are so scary to me! I'm so glad we don't have bears! When they stand up on their back legs! It makes me feel faint 😅

Black bears are very easy to intimidate. Not my proudest moment, but one time in Boy Scout summer camp some other kids and I scared an adult black bear so badly that when we chased it to the edge of the lake it jumped into the water rather than face us.

For the record you need a large caliber weapon if you plan to shoot a bear. Most pistols won't even penetrate a bears skull.

I saw black bears 24/7 in the Poconos and surprisingly they were completely harmless and they usually keep their distance from you.

4:55 yes that's the correct tip. If you play dead grizzly bears (brown) might nudge you but will lose interest, if you play dead with a black bear they'll just enjoy the easy prey, have to fight.

Yes that's the general rule/rhyme to remind you which bear you fight and which u submit if you done fucked up and the bear has become aggressive. If it's black fight back, if it's brown lay down (as in be submissive and non threatening) if it's white well kiss your ass goodbye cause polar bears don't play.

So I live in the SW near Colorado. Bears are all up in this bitch out here. My parents neighborhood gets at least one bear wandering up to houses every year. A friend who lives in a slightly more wild area gets almost daily bears in the spring and summer.
If you see a bear you want to make noise so it knows you are there. You never want to surprise a bear. Black bears are more easily scared off and yes you do want to fight them. Grizzlies you want to pray aren't a sow with cubs, but playing dead might work. Handguns can't penetrate a bears skull so you want to go for chest shots to try and hit the heart; park rangers in Alaska and Montana actually train with rifles so they can hit a chest shot while a bear is running (they have this head swinging motion that makes it hard without practice).
A close friend used to work for the park service in Alaska and she actually saw a grizzly attack a researcher who wandered into the wrong area. The rangers were in a helicopter and before they could even warn the researcher the bear had run across the area and smacked the lady's head off with one paw swipe. My friend said her head just popped off and flew. That's how fast and strong bears are. They can also climb trees just as quick as they did in this movie.
Aren't I a superfun repository of bear facts? If i see an email for you (can't remember if one is listed, but i don't want to spam you) I will send some pics of bears chilling in my friends garden. She chills out there with her dog and shotgun and has to garden with one eye out for bears. Colorado is going to be so worth it tho! I moved out here from northern illinois and once you get over how many things can kill you in horrible ways, its great!
Oh and i forgot to add that Black bear is actually a misnomer cause they can be brown. You need to tell by size what kind of bear you are dealing with. Grizzlies are MUCH bigger (think 700lbs to 1000lbs) and black bears tend to be more in the 400lbs to 600 lbs range. Grizzlies also have the grizzly hump which is a huge mass of muscle on their shoulders. But yeah, if its black fight back, if its brown lie down. Unless its a black bear that is actually brown.

You should check out ER’s season 11 episode 6 “Time of Death.” Ray Liotta gives an outstanding performance. He won an Emmy for his guest appearance in that episode.

But fun fact and this is true if you ever come across a bear hopefully not with cubs because she will attack you for real, anyway run down a hill, you can run faster down a hill then a bear, we have better footing and control then the bear that is big a bulky so hopefully you are by a hill but if your not you are supposed to yell really loud at it, learned that from my dad that lived in Colorado.

Bears are not as heavy as you'd think, female black bears (like the movie bear) weigh 90-180lbs, males (like the real Pablo Escobear) weigh 130-600lbs
Heaviest known female black bear was 520lbs, heaviest male ever just under 1k
