This was so good to hear this morning! I find myself trying to “out hustle” God’s way and he lovingly lets me know that’s it, Rest and rely on me instead of self 🙌🏽

This was so good! We don’t talk enough about how to show up in the workplace as followers of Christ!!

This was so good! I currently work for a company where our promotions are based on the results from a detailed self evaluation. The performance plan is setup in such a way that people feel the need to steal projects from others, while also attempting to out hustle everyone to obtain financial gain. It has caused me some frustration as ideas and projects were taken from me. It's in this space that the Lord reminded me that He's taken care of me before and He'll do it again. I can maintain my integrity and be a witness to what it looks like to serve God instead of chase money.

Loved this episode! Key takeaways: "It's a privilege to lead", "Lord, what do you want me to do next?", "I don't want anything from God more than I want God" & "We cannot outgive God"...just to name a few. So rich!

So very inspiring....as a working woman, mom, and wife. It can get so fast paced that we forget why we are here, the goals take over and we forget why GOD has blessed us in this space. So thank you.

Listen!! This showed up just in time! Ive struggled with making Sabbath a priority. I’m active duty military and I always feel like I need to show up and answer every email, text even when God has told me to rest. I pray and ask God for the courage and strength to have the conversation with my leadership and I have to stand in obedience. This conversation was awesome. Thank you!

Wow,putting the Lord first and allowing him to direct you in the work place.Learning to rest to be replenish. It reminds me of Jesus ministering to others and separate himself to spend time with our heavenly father. thank you ladies for the encouragement.

This is really good and it’s really principles for any level of work. When I’m at work looking at my calendar and thinking of my day or due dates on things I just have to STOP BREATH and talk to God. Like this morning after listening to half this podcast and before going inside my job, I asked God for a calm a peaceful morning with not a lot of kids to transport and he gave me just that. So many times I’ve sat in my car before working or even in my area with the door closed and had conversation with God over how I’m feeling, how I need to respond and ask for strength ideas and guidance and he’s come through. It really is about being intentional with growing in God understanding who’s really in control. Amen, Amen.

Great episode!! The whole episode was good but the second half about rest is really something else 💥
Also, I had a chance to chat with Rosemary when the pandemic started, during the Wednesday night zoom breakout groups, and just remember how cool she was. So, now to learn about her business success; it's really fun to hear her down-to-earth joy in the Lord story 🤗

I loved this! As I am in a season of asking God, whats next I find this to be so very encouraging. At times Ive questioned how can I make a difference in the line of work that I do but I know that God placed me here for a reason. No matter where we are or what we do we matter, we are Christ in Culture. Thank you for this, much appreciated

This was GOOD !!!!! So MANY take-a-ways ! But a big reminder was " Your character has to reflect God's character even in tough situations" Depending on the situation God's character is no where near front and center... It's all ME ( sigh )

To whom much is given, much is required. The Fear of the Lord solve many problems including in the workplace. chaos arise when narcissists are put in high position to lead. How can you lead people if you only care about your own self?
