The pricing is a bit high compared to the rest of the line, but it seems appropriate for what it is. When you have heavy weight in a Packout, sometimes the unlocking can be tricky with the slide. I don't know if others have experienced similar...
Ryobi continues to amaze me with their tool lines and innovations... I'm mainly a Milwaukee guy, but Rock is becoming my secondary line. I really like their tool storage accessories.
It is so great to see Vince’s passion for new innovations, and trying out Ryobi’s storage system…I am still fascinated with the Milwaukee Packout Tower that reached the roof of VCG Construction. If we add the Packouts from our recently purchased special buys at the Depot, we can add to the tower and set a new league record 😂
They understood the assignment. I'm looking forward to seeing you test this. I can see concerns with dirt messing with the latching system. Only testing will confirm though, right? The wall system looks pretty neat, at least from this diyer. I like how solid Milwaukee's packout looks, but dang it's expensive.
I like the system, Especially since it's made in the USA. I could see this really taking off Especially with the supply chain issues with products from overseas. Ryobi came to play!

I've been doing just fine making a living off my Ryobi tools. Maybe they'll fail a bit sooner than red or yellow, but I can buy three for the price of one.

I'm a DeWalt guy with Milwaukee packout boxes ..... definitely would like to see DeWalt and Milwaukee do more with wall tool storage / hanging. Thanks for the video Vince
@VCG Construction Already see an issue. First, I do want to say that I like how you can just plop it on unlike Milwaukee. Not that Milwaukee's solution is terrible by any means (I love Milwaukee), but for those in the dirty ground trades (on sand/dirt a lot) or even if your trade has "cleanx surfaces like mechanic, HVAC, etc.. overtime, dirt and whatever else will get inside those moving components and make it either not work or barely work. Milwaukee has just the one clip so all the feet and "shoes" can be washed off. And the one clip should be relatively easy to clean out. Especially since it's somewhat open. Those Ryobi ones seem pretty closed and really tough to get to. But just like anything, the more moving parts you have, the more points of failure you have as well.
You could buy two of these maybe even three for the same cost as one pack out kit tho. Also not as many people are going to steal a ryobi stack. I’m a Milwaukee man but these have me on board.
@@koma-k Doesn't really matter if it's one or not. I mean, if it's one, it'd have a better chance since it's act like "awd" with all the springs working together. But once it's stuck, it's stuck. I love my DeWalt tough system 2.0 Dolly system. It snaps together easily and keeps my tools dry and organized. I see one potential problem with this Ryobi system, when I wheel my gear around the back of someone's house I may have to lay it all out on mud or snow and I see this Ryobi system having problems with debris getting caught in the latch system. So far I haven't had any issues with my DeWalt tough system.

I really don't like ryobi tools but gotta hand it to em on the new modular storage. I use pack out on the job site and husky at home. After using the husky for a couple years doing weekend warrior stuff and what not it does have flaws I think the ryobi system would have solved. Definitely will have to check this out next time I'm at the big box store
Ryobi should put side latches on also for the lid for better waterproofing. All you got to do is look at some of the other cases out there that are set up that away they have the two front latches but they also have a side latch. That's always a weak point for water to get in or other dust
Dude is this for real?!?! This system looks better than Milwaukee’s how’s the quality seem? Which do you think is worth the cash Milwaukee pack out or ryobi version?
Friggin amazing!!!!!!!. I recently did something I didn't think I'd ever do. I left Dewalt for Ryobi and I'm sooooo happy I did. I am an automobile detailer and a dyi repairman. I recently purchased $500.00 or so on Ryobi tools and four 4AH batteries. These 18v plus one tools are tough as nails. The LED work lights are rugged, bright as the sun, and an excellent daylight temperature (5000K) or close to it. Did I mention the tools are twice cheaper than DeWalt. I gotta get this tool box system. This video is awesome!!!!!!. Thank you for sharing it.
Anyone know where to buy those detent pins for the handle? I've been looking for about a year for them and haven't been able to find them anywhere. (every home depot near me says they're out of stock) and Ryobi won't sell them to me directly. Thinking about just getting some generic pins from McMaster Carr or such.

Vince you were like a kid in a candy store 😂
This is epic finally
I really don't like ryobi tools but gotta hand it to em on the new modular storage. I use pack out on the job site and husky at home. After using the husky for a couple years doing weekend warrior stuff and what not it does have flaws I think the ryobi system would have solved. Definitely will have to check this out next time I'm at the big box store
Ryobi should put side latches on also for the lid for better waterproofing. All you got to do is look at some of the other cases out there that are set up that away they have the two front latches but they also have a side latch. That's always a weak point for water to get in or other dust
Looks like they already did. Took a page outta milwaukees book, its pack out but made it even better
I'm sold! Gonna give my Rigid and Craftsman tools away and replace them with Ryobi
Does anyone have a link for the pins to detach the handle quickly? I can't find them
I like how the crate doesn’t have to be on top👍
I do like the longer handle, that’s about it. The dewalt is low asf and makes it awkward asf rolling around!
I have 3 dewalt wall racks but i could grow to like this
This system I think I'm gonna use to load up all my Milwaukee tools
how can I secure my loose Ryobi power tools inside this?
No drawer?
They shouldn't make this Vince goes up. I'm so excited about this lol
OMG! I'm making my Christmas list NOW!
Thank you!! nice Video
Thanks Dary!
Ryobi just raised the bar. Cmon milwaukee give us something 😤
