Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson's chemistry and portrayal of Ed and Lorraine is really the heart of these movies. Amidst all this scary stuff happening it's just a beautiful love story. The third Conjuring movie is very different but I personally like it. Btw, in case you don't know, a fun fact is that Vera Farmiga's sister Taissa Farmiga plays the lead in The Nun (not Valak).
I remember there were rumors that they were planning on tying that in. The Nun (not Valak) being related to Lorraine because the sisters were in the series
The first Conjuring and this one are the only two I genuinely liked in the Conjuring Universe. The others were just... okay, except for the second Annabelle movie, which was a pleasant surprise. Maybe it's because James Wan directed the first two Conjuring films, but I wish the rest had been up to the same standard.
Maddison Wolfe, who played 11-year-old Janet, is actually from Louisiana! her accent was so spot-on she fooled all the critics! and I love the way you British say the word, "cuddle" and the way you use it! it's adorable!
This is my fav Conjuring movie everr, half the time in theatre im just covering my face and wveryone was screaming especially the curtain scene its so thrilling😭
The “knock knock knock , Bill Bill Bill “ is famous from the actual haunting when Jannette answered Maurice’s question while being filmed . The real ones heard at the end of the movie during the credits .
I absolutely love conjuring one and two. They did an amazing job of connecting the audience with the characters. Both Ed and Lorraine Warren were very likeable which makes me root for them. Hence, the stakes are very high when Ed's life is threatened.
When the Police officers saw the chair move back into the dining room and back under the table I said "Wow, that's a first". In haunting-based movies, the police never see an actual haunting occur in the house until this movie happened
No actually, the Ouija board was invented by Charles Kennard and Elijah Bond in Baltimore in 1890 right after the civil war, but the practice itself is centuries older.
This movie needed Chris Tucker in the room when the nun comes flying across the room… “😱AHH! MAN WHAT THA HELL WRONG WITH YOU?! Goin round scaring people n 💩.”
My wife and I have been watching the movies from the Conjuring Universe this week. We have a couple movies left, but overall we’re loving it and some of the cinematography is simply amazing
I don't like movies that scare the crap out of me but I'd endure these movies again and again just to witness the beautiful relationship between Ed and Lorraine Warren. They're so wholesome.
I wondered if you two were ever gonna continue these movies. I hope you do. It's probably the best horror franchise running right now and Conjuring 2 is one of the best installments in it.
I love how when the mom sees the activity for the first time the VERY FIRST thing they do is run out of that house. Always nice to see a horror movie with smart people. LOL!
the only reactors or reacting channel that really entertained me while watching it like together, and almost we have the reactions hahaha.. the conjuring installment is really great and the only horror movies that I always look forward
You know what’s crazy is that they gave us the nuns name already. I’ve rewatched this movie a lot and never noticed that they gave us her name the whole time@14:51 when they were in the kitchen. It literally says her name twice ( in the window and by/in the “ love sign”) 😭
My favorite pairing especially for scary movies...Kind & Gentle Ashara & Intelectual Michael. Michael Means "To Be Like God" .. Good power to have against Evil...😁😎
The ouija board has been around since at least the 1800's. I think they were known as Talking Boards back then.👻 Hasbro wasn't founded until the 1920s. My cousin had a glow in the dark Ouija board in the '90s that was made by Hasbro.
Yeah I actually heard ouija boards at one point was used for religious reasons before people started readapting it in spirituality "which I'm using this word in a broad sense of the Ouija Board no longer being used in Church/religion but more outside of religious purposes"
This was a great reaction 🙏🏽✌🏽💪🏽💯👍 I’m a part time paranormal investigator this stuff is actually real but people don’t understand on a spiritual level 🌘🌌🕊️
My theory on the crosses not working is that they weren't blessed because Peggy said the neighbors donated them or they didn't work because it was Bill and he doesn't believe in that religion.
This is the only one in the series I watched, because I heard it was inspired by the Enfield case. Which of course lead to Ghost Watch, which would be a great reaction video, particularly as Achara is English. Ghost Watch then inspired Late Night With The Devil which just simply isn't as good.
I enjoy these movies, and the fictional Ed and Lorraine Warren are great, but once I researched more about the real Warrens, especially Ed, I was disappointed, to say the very least.
These two, trying to diffuse a jump scare by anticipating and then voicing it out, but flails most of the time. You should know James Wan already knows your anticipating it and its going to pop up when you least expect it. But still I love these two when it comes to watching horror films.
Ouija boards were actually developed, orignally, by charletons during the Civil War. They would go to widows of soldiers to help them contact dead loved ones for a FEE. Hasboro bought the rights and then produced it on a mass scale. Ouija actually means "Nothing." It doesn't matter the device you use to try to connect with spirits the main thing to remember is... A. You're opening a door that you can't close and inviting fallen angels into your life, and B. There are almost no good spirits, 95% of the time it's a fallen angel impersonating your family member. Ghosts do exist but they can't move things the way demons can, ghosts are people trapped in purgatory and the only reason they would appear is to ask you for help, to pray for their soul to get out of purgatory.
It's fake obviously 😂the Warren's tormented a little girl with sleep paralysis into believing a demon was in her house😢shame on that mother and the warrens
How many reactors are on this channel? Just found it a few days ago and the 3 vidoes i watched all had different reactors lol.. i liked all of em, im just curious
Guys…I’m a bit freaked out. In the middle of watching this reaction, my water bottle (which was halfway full) fell to the ground for no reason. It was not on the edge nor was there anything physical that made it fall to the ground. That was a jumpscare in itself. Lol Imma go ahead and pray.
bruh i have one of those curtains for my bed and during the scene with the crosses my cat flipping jumped off my dresser into the curtains. the way i almost crashed out
It wasn’t created by hasbro, the GAME was put out by hasbro during that time, the board dates back further.. gypsy culture has had a version for a few hundred years..
If i ever encounter even the slightest thing wrong with my home, I'd rather sleep on the streets than go back into the house 😂😂😂. For all the horror movie I've watched, all taught me one thing, never dig deeper when it involves ghost or evil spirit. SAVE YOURSELF FIRST.
All I have to say is that they picked the best actors to play Ed and Lorraine. Their performances are amazing and they have great chemistry!

@@Heida77 ikr! Never connected to two protagonists so much in a horror movie.

Love watching Michael use humor to deal with his escalating fear.
Broooo... when she said "he was under the influence of something DEMONIC" my bible app notification popped up 😢😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
yes the bible is biggest horror novel ever written, obviously it would pop up :D
The evil cannot overpower God tho 😎

It always baffled me how the oldest sister just turned over and went to bed after hearing “This is my house” behind her 😭
Irl it's because the little girl had sleep paralysis and was convinced by her mother and later the Warren's it was a ghost😢poor kid
This is my fav Conjuring movie everr, half the time in theatre im just covering my face and wveryone was screaming especially the curtain scene its so thrilling😭
There is a Easter egg at 19:52 a lot of people overlook but VALAK is spelled out on the bookshelf already
Also in the kitchen scene at 14:51 they showed it twice in the window and part of the “ love sign” 😭
Michael trying to take the edge off by any means necessary from jokes to rapping, singing, dancing and none of it is working😅, this movie is great!
Michael trying all his ways to cope is the best part of this whole reaction!! 😅😂
When the Police officers saw the chair move back into the dining room and back under the table I said "Wow, that's a first". In haunting-based movies, the police never see an actual haunting occur in the house until this movie happened
Achara gets so nervous and starts grabbing and chopping air never gets old.
14:41 It took me SO LONG to see the word VALAK appearing in the background, especially when it disappears a couple of shots later
Dude same and I’ve watched this movie so many times. Rest of the words blend in well with the wood honestly
No actually, the Ouija board was invented by Charles Kennard and Elijah Bond in Baltimore in 1890 right after the civil war, but the practice itself is centuries older.
Came here to say that lol
I find the nun running with the painting infront of her so funny, like just the way she held onto that painting ...bro just drop the painting🤣🤣
"Ghosts can't withstand Brazilian Jujitsu!" Best line I've heard all day. Love the energy in the reaction guys!
This movie needed Chris Tucker in the room when the nun comes flying across the room… “😱AHH! MAN WHAT THA HELL WRONG WITH YOU?! Goin round scaring people n 💩.”
Ed talking to Wilking is one of the best made horror scenes ever. I was very upset when the cancelled The Crooked Man solo movie
My wife and I have been watching the movies from the Conjuring Universe this week. We have a couple movies left, but overall we’re loving it and some of the cinematography is simply amazing
I love ten minutes from the real house that was haunted and about half an hour drive from where the movie was shot. Love this film
Demonic warfare survival tip: buy a humidifier for a room and fill it with holy water to be emited into the air and thus make yourself a safe room
This is the most intelligent thing I've ever heard.
I never even thought of that, genius 👏
I just fill it with my urine. Demons don't stand a chance.
I never noticed it until now!! 19:53!! V-A-L-A-K is the letters on the shelf!!!

Hasbro did not create Ouija. But, they did trademark the name and commercialize the heck out of it. 😆🤣

Micheal should be a voice over artist for animation movies. He does voices so well 👏
Achara going "there's power in names" made me smile. You don't realize how right you are, especially in this movie.
The consistency you guys have with the content is everything. I discovered you while on vacation last week and I cannot stop watching.

Yay..I've been looking forward to Achara going giddy for this one
Brilliant reaction, it’s my favourite Conjuring film so far….looking forward to the fourth ( and final ) film which comes out next year.

So Santeria, rather than any kind of religious thing?
The little girl did a great job with this part.
The Nun is by far the scariest conjuring demons

I always thought that Valak was after Lorraine actually. It just had to kill ed first to break her
Please continue with this series🎉👍🏼
