I just knew that this podcast was going to be good and it did not disappoint. Eric is right about earthing. I practice earthing and some days I do it for as long as 3 hours but my average is about two hours and when you do it be sure if you're going to do it on regular concrete that is not painted and it's not near where it could be treated with pesticides or some chemical. But I noticed a lot of those nights that I sleep so much more soundly. Go ahead here on TH-cam and watch "The Earthing Movie". It's free to watch. Eric, you got me through what could have been some rough times with that A Day in the Life album when I was in high school.
My mobility became compromised a year and a half ago due to a pinched nerve. I ended up in a nursing facility for inpatient physical therapy after a month of home PT because I was dropping my right foot and couldn't climb stairs. PT wasn't going well until one morning I got up and went to the bathroom in my barefeet unescorted and realized that as long as I felt the floor, my balance improved. Once I started doing PT without shoes, I improved and was discharged within a month. I go barefoot as often as I can.
@@reeseereece That’s awesome! I think my dad had a similar experience when he fractured his ankle. I try to go earthing when I remember too, just hard to find ground that isn’t treated with pesticides! OP, any suggestions on places that often aren’t tested for them? I’m guessing beaches, or anywhere around a body of water..?

I ended up in a nursing facility for inpatient physical therapy after a month of home PT because I was dropping my right foot and couldn't climb stairs. PT wasn't going well until one morning I got up and went to the bathroom in my barefeet unescorted and realized that as long as I felt the floor, my balance improved. Once I started doing PT without shoes, I improved and was discharged within a month. I go barefoot as often as I can.
@@reeseereece Look at that! HalleluYah!!!!!!
This is so dope honestly having Eric on and his stories from the 90s is like wow this is everything
Tank is bringing the real heavy hitters out and reminding people where R&B came from. Real deal singers. I feel like Eric Benet is so underrated. Loved this!
"Lord, if you let me get this tonight...I won't do it no more" lol 😅😆😂 Tank you crazy for this
I appreciate this so much, Because real R & B artist are hard to come by. Eric is still the man,he can hit your Soul...
Great interview gentlemen keep on coming.
They are too funny. Great interview 👍🏾
I remember the group Benet. Eric and his sister did an excellent cover of the Carpenters' song "Rainy Days and Mondays." I've been vibing with Eric Benet since his "True to Myself" album.
i am SO glad that REAL MUSIC is making a comeback! if i hear one more crack baby lullaby posing as R & B ....i don't know WHAT i will do!
AMEN
THE WAY I JUST LAUGHED 😂😂😂😂. I feel you though. IDEK these artists because I refuse to listen to them. Too many of them don't take music seriously. They don't just lack passion, but they don't have the talent either.
@@TheeAntisocialXxtrovert tell the people about the “lack of talent “!!!!🤦🏾♀️
Comment of the week for me 🤣🤣
@@cbtube1677 trust and believe it! and their counterpart : crack baby nursery rhymes being pawned off as hip hop? no bueno! you can call me old school, but i tell you what...i am so glad i grew up in the 70's & 80's and was a young woman in the 90's!!! #blessedears #realmusic #truetalent
What I love most about this podcast is the way I pause to go listen to songs they discuss. I had forgotten how much I LOVEEEE Femininity. Yep. Beautiful. Clean. With perfect falsetto. Thank you for this podcast, it transports me back to the era when these songs were first debuted. I have an Apple playlist that is called “R&B Money” from all the songs you mention on your episodes. This podcast is so good for the culture. So needed
