Yes, I agree, copying and writing passages is very helpful for remembering things you want to remember and I also find it so peaceful. For me, writing with a nice, smooth pen is so calming and peaceful! 💕

Yes definitely! Sometimes I feel myself wanting to rush but forcing myself to slow down and focus on my handwriting is so calming!
