The beauty in the Indian bands is that there is little work for the band master (or conductor) to conduct unlike the western orchestra/bands where they will be unable to play any music without written sheet music and a conductor. The head master has done well and all the players are superb! Every village needs such an orchestra in India for the Arts and music to prosper. Best wishes to them.
