The city of L.A. is hard to capture the true essence of the city because it’s hard to tell what’s real with all the glamour. Those who are real know real and that is from a genuine place and Kobe tapped into that energy because he never tied to be anything other than the best Kobe Bryant he could be. The city adopted him and he adopted the city. Once he showed them he was willing to work hard to gain their respect and to simply bring championships back to the city.
