Aur last baat vegetables me nervous system nhi hota but jaan hoti hai, baingan khushi khushi nhi bolta ki mujhe kato or kadai me tal do
aur couliflower jesi sabji ko ugane k liye uss zameen me har rabbit har chuhe har squirrel ko mara jata hai toh ek message ki jo b khao tum kisi na kisi ke jaan le rahe ho toh jo bhi kha rahe ho kam kam khao. Aur meri tarah one meal a day diet bhi kar sakte ho, din me ek hi bar khao vo bhi kam and two cheat meal in a week.
