You should see a live performance of this one. They use an onstage looper to deal with the layers. They explain and do it right in front of the audience so everyone knows exactly what's going on. The beatboxer Adam Rupp is amazing. In their live shows, he always does a beatbox solo. You missed that Tim drops an octave in the background after his solo when they all go back to singing together.
Can’t be too hard on your “analysis” because I remember what it’s like to be young & so sure of yourself but you may want to qualify your “knowledge” & reclassify as “opinion”. (Those common sounds are called major triads. Too bad you sang a descending 3 note scale. 😂)
Why don't you just react to the music and get to know this group? You jumped to so many conclusions in Sea Shanty Medley that were off. You can't pigeonhole Home Free as a group nor pigeonhole any individual in the group after hearing them a few times. Get to know the group,
They openly use live looping when they perform this. They're no trying to fool you. They'll loop Adam Chance doing the "jaw harp" sound and Adam Rupp doing the basic beat so they're free to do the harmonies and "harmonica". They can all beatbox to some degree - Austin will do harmonica duets with Adam Rupp live. Austin's from Georgia and Tim's from Texas - it's not that they "added" a country twang in this song - it's that they often try to get rid of it when they sing other songs. As a courtesy to the artist, it's generally accepted that reactors will link to the original song in the description so if you introduce someone to an artist, you'll send some traffic their way.
Adam Chance is using a Mongolian throat singing technique to produce the “Jaw Harp” intro and out-go twang. It is uncomfortable for him to do, so it is at a minimum. If you want to compare ( please DON’t) it will be hard for you. You will find all groups have their own “flavor”. Home Free just happens to be the Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry, and “butter-crunch” of them all!
Home Free has been an a cappella singing group since 2000.They won The Sing Off Season 4 in 2013, which was the season right after Pentatonix won, & Home Free competed against Voice Play during season 4. They are NOT like any other a cappella group out there, they lean towards Country but can do any genre.
You have just been introduced to the best a cappella group out there. These guys are all so talented. They lean towards country but they can do any genre. They all can take the lead depending on whos voice is best for the song. They are known for their tight harmonies. Tim Foust is one of the best bass singers out there & their beatboxer vocal percussionist Adam Rupp can simulate any sound. This song is very old & is done in the bluegrass country style. It was used in the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" starring George Clooney.
Dagmar he already did The Butts Melody/remix and I found he’s comparing to much to Voiceplay which is completely annoying they are two totally different groups and should not be compared
@@LynnRamsay That annoys me too as I am not a fan of Voice Play or Geoff C. To me Home Free is in a league all by themselves so there is no comparison.
Most of us don't really compare the 3 top groups. They each have their own style and music choices in arrangements. Although they all kind of help each other out since it's such a tight knit community. Even during the Sing Off competition you would find them helping each other out in small ways. The basses like Tim, Geoff and Avi are even more tight knit and are always working together to help them expand their vocal ranges and techniques. Geoff mentioned it in one of his videos on his personal channel several years ago.
The 'no comparison' thing is only partly true. Most people who listen to all (and let's have a nod to other top groups, like Voctave) do not try to say adamantly that one is better than the others. But there are comparisons - Pentatonix is mostly pop, Voiceplay is theatrical, and Home Free is country/classic tunes. They all overlap on Christmas songs - there's just too much good material there and they are perennial favorites.
It's hard to not compare, actually. But they do have their own styles. It's probably not fair to say one is better than another. But we likely all have our favorite. Home Free is my hands down favorite group -- not just my favorite acapella group. This reactor apparently doesn't really understand Home Free -- not if he thinks they are strictly country. Also, he makes it abundantly clear what he thinks of country music. I've enjoyed music of nearly every style, so that kind of arrogance doesn't fly with me.
Of the acapella groups, Home Free is my hands-down favourite, followed by VoicePlay. Pentatonix is a bit too pop/shrill for me, but I still love many of their songs. The fact is, that these groups are so different in style and focus that they don't really need to compete in any way.

I think you’d really appreciate their cover of “Can’t Stop The Feeling”. There is a breakdown in it that shows who does what part to achieve the total vocal effect. Also, their cover of “Helplessly Hoping” which is just absolutely jaw dropping. And Adam (the beatboxer) sings in it instead of beatboxing, making it 5 part harmony!
To me you can't really compare VoicePlay and Home Free, because they both have different styles. WIth Home Free songs sometime you will have Austin (front with hat), then you have Tim(bass), Adam Chance (in the back) and then Rob(overalls) sings different songs. So there just one who sings all the songs, and with VoicePlay. It's usually Ellie, Ceasar who sing mostly, and then they have guest singers. I think the best song to next listen to is Home Free "The Gambler" you will hear Adam Chance, Rob, and Tim sing. Beatboxer is Adam Rupp.
It's interesting how people come to the comments just to say how much they don't like Home Free yet they're here 🤔 I don't go to PTX & Voice Play videos to say I don't like them 🙄 3 of them are from the deep south. Nice reaction
ok when I saw the comment that says "This kid makes me really appreciate all of the other Home Free YT reactors." I was very worried that they meant it as in you were a horrible reactor but I learned that that was incorrect very quickly, you pick up on stuff that TONS of people miss out on and I LOVE that you go into that amount of detail on the beatboxing
Okay, you want to compare and contrast Home Free and Voice Play, huh? You'd like two songs that'll showcase who each group is. How about we go you one better? How about we give you a video where both groups perform, together? Granted, it's an older version of Voice Play, but it's an older version of Home Free, too. Voice Play has a few members who are no longer working directly with the group in the video, Home Free has a member who does the same. What do you think? Interested? If you are then try Survivor an acapella cover by Voice Play and Home Free. Have fun!
I'm buckled up for this. I'm thinking you have some catching up to do on the HF side. Country moniker aside you will find they have way more in the skill set.
Welcome to the Home Free rabbit hole! You might want to try Ring of Fire. It features Avi Kaplan formerly of Pentatonix. I do believe you'll get a kick out of having two basses battle!
And I LOL'd when you described Austin as a baritone tenor! He has a crazy high range, often hitting crazy high notes full voice without going into falsetto. Can't wait for you to see When a Man Loves a Woman, where he takes the lead and kills it! Also, on his solo channel he has incredible version of Bring Him Home.
The acapella groups Home Free and Voiceplay are friends and help each other. They met when they were competing on season four of The Sing-Off, an acapella competition show. Home Free won the competition . The two groups made a fun video together Zombies vs Hillbillies. The culture of the acapella groups i s cooperative rather than having personal rivalries even if the groups are competing against each other. During The Sing-Off, the different groups were helping each other despite the show trying to make the groups feud with each other. Supposedly Tim even helped Geoff to further develop his bass during the show.
All are great singers including the beatboxer. Tim who sang bass actually has a 5 octave range. Austin the lead singer in this song sang with Rob, the one with the beard & glasses an opera song released on Austin 's utube page. All get to be the lead if their voice sounds the best for the song. All do other projects with other singers not in their group. Song suggestions: Mayday, Brothers in Arms, End of the Road, American Pie
The twangy sound at the beginning is copying what is known as a Jew's Harp. I was doing this before I started school. It mostly is a nasal buzz. It is NOT the beatboxer. Watch the video to identify who. Your analysis is all wrong.
Trying to compare VP and HF is probably a bit of an uphill battle as both groups are varied from song to song in their approach. Like there isn't a 'typical' VP template or 'typical' HF template. Plus HF use outside arrangers whereas VP is 99% of the time arranged by either Layne or Geoff. Layne and Geoff have actually arranged tracks for HF as well, so that will throw a spanner in the works 😄
Oh and Geoff just covered this song on his own channel, so would be fun for you to check that out while we are here. It's pretty different though, so no point trying to compare them really. Both excellent versions of the song. Geoff's one has instruments and he wrote a new bridge to the song etc.
@@rosswhite5975 Does VP have many originals ? I don't recall any. Home Free has about 20% of their songs as originals and most were written by the Home Free members, Tim Foust & Austin Brown.
@@miamidolphinsfan not that I'm aware of. I don't know everything they have done though. I believe they did a bunch of original silly little pieces called '1 minute musicals' ages ago, beyond that I'm not sure. They have started adding their own written parts to some of their recent covers though (Golden Hour and Valhalla Calling) and Layne writes a lot of original stuff for Pattycake Productions, which is the film studio he co-owns. That's mainly Disney style stuff.
I think Pentatonix have quite a lot of original material. I don't know much of their stuff at all but I believe they have whole albums of original songs. Just totally different career paths tho with these groups. HF and PTX signed to big record labels with teams of managers and producers and PR people etc. Releasing albums and touring, in the traditional music business way. VP is just a totally different thing from that. Arranging, demoing and recording themselves plus also designing, costuming, filming and editing their own videos etc. Just totally different career paths to each other. All are excellent though and hopefully all making a good living and enjoying their job.
Your insistence of comparing Voiceplay and Home Free after only having been introduced to Home Free in the past 24 hours sure sounds to me that you have an agenda and these two Home Free reactions are just window dressing to make it look like you are being fair. You like Voicceplay and that is fine. You cane into Home Free's first reaction making that clear. Most of your critique of Home Free has been "well Voiceplay does it this way," yadda yadda yadda. You can be a fan of Home Free, Voiceplay, pentatonix etc and like them all for what they are and not make some kind of competition of it.
Your building block method just doesn't work with HomeFree, there are 5 tenor, 2 bass, 2 baritone ,5 Beatbox anyone can be doing anything in any song...trying to pick apart a HomeFree song is like trying to untangle grandma's yarn. You have men who are classically trained vocalists, check out" country singers try opera", they do Nessun Dorma. These guys are a full-time touring band with 23years behind them. Adam Rupp is a world champion Beatbox, Austin Brown is an amazing theater vocalist, Rob Lundquist was training as an opera singer as a possibility, Chance has a four octave range, Tim Foust has 5 octaves. Just enjoy the fact that they are different from what you originally thought.
No, Adam is NOT a world champion.....someone started that rumor and people have just continued it......Adam has said that he has enough confidence in himself that he doesn't need to compete. I agree.
The jaw harp sound is being made by Adam Chance. (You can see that towards the end.) The beat boxer is doing the other sounds including the harmonica sound, with Tim doing bass.
Adam Rupp is a beatboxer who has won many beatboxing competitions. They are all Southern boys. They are a country acapella band. I love this cover and Geoff Castelluccis' cover equally.
Adam has won World championships beat boxing tournaments. The beginning isn't a banjo sound. It's called a mouth harp and Chance is doing the sound. Tim is bass and has blown at least 23 speakers. Austin is high tenor. Rob is lead tenor.
No, Adam has NOT won world championships......someone started this rumor and it isn't true at all......he has said that he doesn't compete because he has nothing to prove.....he has confidence in his abilities enough not to bother with that.
lol, yeah, they do use loops in some of the recordings. I just saw them in Spokane, WA in Sept. 2022 and Rupp showed us what they do. Such a fun concert! Really enjoyed them. 🥰
You liked that they featured the beatboxer Adam FREAK OF NATURE Rupp in their cover of Ain´t Going Down Till The Sun Comes Up , the only solo part is Adam
Not having anything to do with the comparison project you are doing but you keep talking about opera so you might want to give Nessun Dorma by austin and rob a listen.
Do you ever go back and just listen to the full song without stopping every five seconds to appreciate the song as a whole after you're done with your reaction
If you look at my other videos you will see how I reacted to this one, theirs a tier list thay I made and it made it on my playlist. However, yes, I do relisten to them.
When you go to a live concert, the beatboxer loops sounds made either by himself or one of the other members. It's not the beatboxer doing the jawharp sound at the beginning. It's the baritone, Adam Chance. All the members can beatbox to some extent, but Adam Rupp is a world champion beat boxer.
About the only song that I can find that both Home Free & Voiceplay have covered is *"Oh, Holy Night"* First, Home Free: th-cam.com/video/ho7SeRXQqa4/w-d-xo.html&pp=ygUabWFyeSBkaWQgeW91IGtub3cgYWNhcGVsbGE%3D Secondly, Voiceplay: th-cam.com/video/CO6OZIY-lYw/w-d-xo.html&pp=ygUXb2ggaG9seSBuaWdodCBob21lIGZyZWU%3D & lastly (just for a bit of fun) Pentatonics: th-cam.com/video/MptnOJsIlyE/w-d-xo.html&pp=ygUXbyBob2x5IG5pZ2h0IHBlbnRhdG9uaXg%3D
You do realize that four of the five members of the group have degrees in musical theatre, don't you? And that they've been doing this about as long as you've been alive? They are definitely a very technically grounded group but are one of the most entertaining group of people I've seen on stage
Nope. You're trying to pigeonhole Home Free. Not possible. Adam, the beat boxer, is not making the sound of the jaw harp. Chance, the bass/baritone, is throat singing to replicate that. Chance is from Alabama, Austin from Georgia, and Tim from Texas. They come by those country twangs naturally. They're not layering anything. They perform this live. They can perform all their songs live. I think they do use a looper on just one song when in concert. But that's it. These guys don't run out of air. Adam has leather lungs. He does vocal percussion on both inhalation and exhalation. Circular breathing. For evidence of Austin's breath control, check out his solo version of Bring Him Home from Les Miz. Tim's been known to hold a bass note for 12 seconds or more at the end of a long vocal phrase. There is no vocal band on the planet like Home Free. You are so off on your analyses of these men and their abilities. You'll never get anywhere if you come into your analysis with preconceptions. And comparing Home Free with Voice Play is an absolute waste of time. You're floundering, music man. Next up, try Misty Mountains, Tim's collaboration with Peter Hollens. You'll get a good example of layering (Peter's a master at this) and Tim's breath control.
I’m going to give you a couple of more reactions before I subscribe but if you don’t stop constantly comparing them to other groups and making snap judgements I won’t. Austin’s accent is natural and he has amazing breath control. He sang as he did because it fit the song, not because he is unable to hold the note.
Chance is doing that twangy sound, like a jaw harp, right at the beginning. He’s doing throat singing to get that sound. Tim Foust, the bass, didn’t do any beatboxing in this, although all of them can beatbox. The repetitive sounds you’re hearing are from both Chance, the baritone, and from Rob, the second tenor to sing. To hear their vocals only, try Brothers in Arms, Helplessly Hoping, How Great Thou Art, or Amazing Grace with Peter Hollens
The opening sound is the sound of a Jaw Harp, a very southern instrument without the instrument. This is done by the baritone Adam Chance. The beat boxer, Adam Rupp, is world class and has the closest sound to a real drum kit that I have ever heard. The high tenor is Austin Brown and is the first soloist. The great beard is Rob Lundquist, the lead tenor, and has an angelic voice. His southern accent is all added since he is from Minnesota. The bass is Tim Foust. As you get more into Home Free you will be more and more impressed with all of their voices. Note Adam Rupp and Rob are Minnesotans. The rest a southern, Tim from Texas, Austin from Georgia, and Adam Chance from Alabama. Their country roots are well established and their accents natural. The pull back from it for most of their work since the southern accent isn't always appropriate for the song.
~~ Left to right ~~ -- Rob Lundquist 2nd tenor,/baritone (from Minnesota) -- Adam Chance "Chance" baritone/bass, (from Alabama now California) -- Austin Brown lead tenor, (from Georgia now Tennessee) -- Adam Rupp beatboxer/tenor (4 octaves) (from Minnesota) -- Tim Foust 5 octaves, (from Texas now Tennessee) So let's recall the collective abilities of Home Free. -- 5 lead singers -- 5 tenors -- 4 baritones -- 2 bass -- 1 basso profundo -- 5 beat boxers/vocal percussionists -- 1 EXCEPTIONAL beatboxer/drum kit/ vocal percussionist -- 5 guys proficient for various genres: (Pop/Country/R&B/Rock/Gospel/Rap/Blues/Musical theater/Comedy/Holiday/Doo Wop/AND NOW Opera..Opera!!/dancers-in- training 😉 )I
Adam Chance (goes by Chance) is the beginning sound of the song - mouth harp without any instrument. He does voice percussion often to add additional depth.
Home Free is awesomely talented, and can do any genre. Austin leaned back into his natural Georgia accent for this one. When he does pop, R&B or musical theater (which he studied in college) he loses it. I love both HF and VoicePlay, both fabulous, both unique.
My HF faves are: / Man of Constant Sorrow / Ring of Fire (w/ Avi Kaplan) / American Pie (w/ Don McLean) / God Bless the USA (w/ Lee Greenwood & US Air Force band) / Sea Shanty Medley / Butts Remix / Elvira (w/ The Oak Ridge Boys) In Austin Brown's (tenor no glasses) YT channel, he and Rob Lundquist (bearded tenor) have a go at singing 'Nessun Dorma' th-cam.com/video/5dBENngNDhs/w-d-xo.html Adam Rupp, the beatboxer, has about 7-8 minute solo video from a live concert that is pretty amazing. th-cam.com/video/EanKWLUaDpg/w-d-xo.html
If you ever get a chance to see them live, it is well worth it. They are just as good in person as they are in recording. Plus, you can actually feel the bass notes that Tim and Chance are throwing out there.
Adam Rupp is a world champion beatboxer. Adam Chance is doing the mouth harp. (He goes by Chance), Rob is the guy with the glasses and Tim is the bass as you know.
Actually 4 of them can beat box, Adam Rupp is the main beat boxer though. Adam ( Chance ) was doing the Mouth Harp sound at the beginning and end. He was standing in back with Adam Rupp.
All of the singers can do voice percussion and do so in their songs! They take turns. Adam Rupp the main voice percussionist /beatboxer is also a very beautiful singer. They can do each other’s job…😊
I will correct you about country. A good country singer slides into notes and their voice is meant sound like their crying. Trust me, tell Carrie underwood, Dolly Pardon they just gave up on a note.
Well you got to this one as soon as you could 😉 The jaw harp was done by Adam Chance (baritone). Most of the vocal drums and harmonica was Adam Rupp Home free tends to do some very funny songs. Butts Medley is an example. Oh I have your homefree and Voiceplay song. They are both together in Zombies vs Hillbillies Survivor cover
Home Free is incredible. Adam Rupp is an amazing beatboxer. They of course played to their country roots with this song but they sing all genres of music. Rob, glasses, btw can sing opera. Try Do You Hear What I Hear (it’s a Christmas song but Adam arranged it and it’s wonderful). Helplessly Hoping, Brothers in Arms, In the Blood, Country Roads are all great. I don’t like to compare the groups. They’re all good. Home Free is my favorite though.
Home Free are one of the best acapella group around in my opinion. They do all different kinds of genres. Check out End of The Road cover, Crazy, How Great Thou Art and so many more. The beat boxer has won 2 beat boxing championships. Love your reaction!
Chance is doing a Mongolian Throat singing. He can’t do it for very long so they use a looper to maintain the sound. He says it hurts if he does it for to long.
You will get more subscribers if people could see you. The concept of reaction videos is to see how others react to a video (most have already seen). And you really like to hear yourself talk don't you?
austin be from georgia rob and adam be from minnesota chance be from alabama and tim be from texas hence the accents chance does baritone as well as the jaw harp tim be the basso prefecto but he also has a 5 ocatave range austin be a high tenor and rob be a low tenor

ok when I saw the comment that says "This kid makes me really appreciate all of the other Home Free YT reactors." I was very worried that they meant it as in you were a horrible reactor but I learned that that was incorrect very quickly, you pick up on stuff that TONS of people miss out on and I LOVE that you go into that amount of detail on the beatboxing
I luv their covers of “end of the road” and “listen to the music”
What's amazing is that Doobie Brothers had two drummers. Adam Rupp does it by himself with no drums.
They can ALL do beat boxing! They can cover eachother...this IS NOT layered! It sounds exactly the same live!
Better, actually! I'm still recovering....😊
The same or better is totally accurate about this group regardless of the song.
And Tim would probably be described as a bass tenor.
The acapella groups Home Free and Voiceplay are friends and help each other. They met when they were competing on season four of The Sing-Off, an acapella competition show. Home Free won the competition
BTW I'm a musician and singer. I think most people get this group and love them. He's not adding anything. He's from Georgia. Keep your day job.
You must not miss Two Country Singers Try Singing Opera! I don't know of any other groups that have the talent of Home Free.
I agree.
@Cindy Shawver thank you for the correction, don't want to push falsehoods. I have just seen it said without argument for a fairly long time.
@@judyhausler7057 oh yeah, i think the same people just keep repeating it like parrots.....LOL....no harm done !!
The jaw harp sound is being made by Adam Chance. (You can see that towards the end.) The beat boxer is doing the other sounds including the harmonica sound, with Tim doing bass.
If watch it completely without stopping so much you would see the full awesomeness. Try not compare voiceplay completely different styles
There is no usual way with home Free.
My favorite reactors are those who understand how sounds are made and clearly explain. You just became one if my favorite reactors.
Oh, you sweet summer child! You have made me laugh, so thanks for that, at least.
Your reactions are very... from your gut. And that is what I enjoy. Thank you.
Adam Rupp is a beatboxer who has won many beatboxing competitions. They are all Southern boys. They are a country acapella band. I love this cover and Geoff Castelluccis' cover equally.
Adam Rupp and Rob Lundquist are from Minnesota which is a far cry from being Southern.
Some of their best; "End of the Road", "How Great Thou Art", "When a Man Loves a Woman".
lol, yeah, they do use loops in some of the recordings.
“Brothers in arms” and “how great thou art” by hime free are 5 part harmony master pieces
I would add I Can’t Outrun You to that list of phenomenal 5-part harmony songs by Home Free. Also Auld Lang Syne.
Yes. “Brothers in Arms” is bad@&$!
Not having anything to do with the comparison project you are doing but you keep talking about opera so you might want to give Nessun Dorma by austin and rob a listen.
Home Free is an all vocal country band but they can also do other genre
Do you ever go back and just listen to the full song without stopping every five seconds to appreciate the song as a whole after you're done with your reaction
If you look at my other videos you will see how I reacted to this one, theirs a tier list thay I made and it made it on my playlist. However, yes, I do relisten to them.
They have no equal. Talent level is off the charts
You didn't make a lick of sense, but it was fun.!
Thanks for letting us know. That ‘jaw harp’ is a fantastic rendition of one!
Not a world champion beat boxer because he has never competed. He doesn't need to prove himself.
@@lschoenrank thanks for putting that "fact" to rest maybe finally.....LOL
The sound at the beginning of the song sounds like a jaw harp and is done by Adam Chance, not the beat boxer Adam Rupp.
About the only song that I can find that both Home Free & Voiceplay have covered is *"Oh, Holy Night"*
First, Home Free:

Secondly, Voiceplay:

& lastly (just for a bit of fun) Pentatonics:

For a sampling of the genres they dip into and for laughs, he should do the Butts Remix.
Home Free is the best acapella group out there. Not Home Run! That is Adam Rupp's voice!!!!
You do realize that four of the five members of the group have degrees in musical theatre, don't you? And that they've been doing this about as long as you've been alive? They are definitely a very technically grounded group but are one of the most entertaining group of people I've seen on stage
He never said they weren’t.
Producer Darren Rust gets these guys sounds right!!! But saw this live and they use looping in concert to get the layers and is freaking amazing.
Adam Rupp! Amazing beat boxer! Watch his drum solo live.
Thanks for the great work!
The problem with your accessment of layering is that they do this live on stage. They all can do some beat boxing
Austin, beginning singer is from Georgia, so no ‘putting on an accent’.
~~ Left to right ~~
-- Rob Lundquist 2nd tenor,/baritone (from Minnesota)
-- Adam Chance "Chance" baritone/bass, (from Alabama now California)
-- Austin Brown lead tenor, (from Georgia now Tennessee)
-- Adam Rupp beatboxer/tenor (4 octaves) (from Minnesota)
-- Tim Foust 5 octaves, (from Texas now Tennessee)
So let's recall the collective abilities of Home Free.
-- 5 lead singers
-- 5 tenors
-- 4 baritones
-- 2 bass
-- 1 basso profundo
-- 5 beat boxers/vocal percussionists
-- 1 EXCEPTIONAL beatboxer/drum kit/ vocal percussionist
-- 5 guys proficient for various genres: (Pop/Country/R&B/Rock/Gospel/Rap/Blues/Musical theater/Comedy/Holiday/Doo Wop/AND NOW Opera..Opera!!/dancers-in- training 😉 )I
Adam Chance (goes by Chance) is the beginning sound of the song - mouth harp without any instrument.
My HF faves are:
/ Man of Constant Sorrow
/ Ring of Fire (w/ Avi Kaplan)
/ American Pie (w/ Don McLean)
/ God Bless the USA (w/ Lee Greenwood & US Air Force band)
/ Sea Shanty Medley
/ Butts Remix
/ Elvira (w/ The Oak Ridge Boys)
In Austin Brown's (tenor no glasses) YT channel, he and Rob Lundquist (bearded tenor) have a go at singing 'Nessun Dorma'
th-cam.com/video/5dBENngNDhs/w-d-xo.html
Adam Rupp, the beatboxer, has about 7-8 minute solo video from a live concert that is pretty amazing.
th-cam.com/video/EanKWLUaDpg/w-d-xo.html
Ring of Fire, Folsom Prison Blues or Brothers at Arms would be good covers to check for them next.
Chance does the jawharp sounds, Rob is doing the dumpy dump doo.
Actually vibrato is discouraged in country singing.
Well you got to this one as soon as you could 😉
The jaw harp was done by Adam Chance (baritone). Most of the vocal drums and harmonica was Adam Rupp
Home free tends to do some very funny songs.
You talk too much about nothing dude
Chance (the baritone) does the "jaw harp" at the beginning. You can see him doing it at the very end.
watch adam rupp plays drums for ten minutes.this beatboxer.
Home Free are one of the best acapella group around in my opinion. They do all different kinds of genres. Check out End of The Road cover, Crazy, How Great Thou Art and so many more. The beat boxer has won 2 beat boxing championships. Love your reaction!
Just so you know this song was written in 1924! Yes I said 1924.
They make EVERY song their own.
I'm not sure what your expectations are. What sort of music do you typically listen to?
Chance is doing a Mongolian Throat singing. He can’t do it for very long so they use a looper to maintain the sound. He says it hurts if he does it for to long.
Oklahoma! The musical is a classic. 🎶 _Oh, what a beautiful morning!_ 🎶
You will get more subscribers if people could see you. The concept of reaction videos is to see how others react to a video (most have already seen). And you really like to hear yourself talk don't you?
Well I will take that into consideration.
Play the damn song and then react.
That's Chance doing the jaw harp sound. He was bass for his previous vocal group.
austin be from georgia rob and adam be from minnesota chance be from alabama and tim be from texas hence the accents chance does baritone as well as the jaw harp tim be the basso prefecto but he also has a 5 ocatave range austin be a high tenor and rob be a low tenor
I literally only decided to like because of the song kyle played when you were abour to break down the video. I spit out my drink laughing.
I don’t know how you can enjoy music when u stop every 15 seconds
Yup. Welcome down the "Home Free Rabbit Hole, Home Fry!"
Not Tim no, Adam Chance thr baritone's voice !
Don't forget about Adam Chance who also is do rhyming, jaw harp and others
React to "MISTY MOUNTAINS"Peter Hollens,ft Tim Foust bass from homefree, you will see how low Tim go,you will love it
Welcome to Home Free rabbit hole. This is their most popular song. These guys are so flipping talented.❤️❤️❤️❤️
It is called The Blue Grass Cry. That sound you are trying to explain.
Incase no one said it, the mouth harp was Chance, not the beatboxer. That would be the baritone who sometimes subs as the bass.
The beatboxer is playing a #NoManica
