I think having a preference setting that gives the option between tap and hold vs (single tap+show list+hide list on tap) might be an option. I also would like a bigger select area for the prev/next buttons. Bigger ‘buttons’ help compensate the loss of tactile feedback when using touch. So the brain doesn’t have to ‘pause’ as much to navigate to the tiny buttons. I understand supporting different screen resolutions can be a challenge but in general the prev/next buttons could be a a little bigger on a average size ipad imo. And having tabs for Grid and Life to have single tap access to life settings instead of scrolling down, These settings are a important part of the app and kind of ‘hidden’ if you know what i mean. Anyways keep up the amazing work. Looking forward to any update you do👍🏻
Excellent. Though for people with accessibility issues using two hands might be difficult for the new menus that pop up. Maybe nicer to them them stay up until an option is selected. Or tapped away from.
Thanks for app - specially for Golden Ratio! It’s most needed function to only dream of! But! Mine is always chances octave and notes - do you know what I do wrong or how to solve it? - using iPad Pro M1 iOS 15….and it’s happens only in AUM - but not in standalone version - thanks!
Thanks for the comment and so glad you like ZOA! To be honest, I'm not sure what's going on with the octave setting. It will help if you can send me a video or a screen recording of the behavior.
@@audiosymmetric now it works!..magic!..its cos our conversation!!! For shure!….but still- if that is possible or reasonable- can you make possibilities to use different octaves range for all 4 play heads?..I know that i can use multiple instances for that, but…maybe in future someday…
@@andropolonsky Glad to hear. The best thing to do to achieve different octaves is to use the playhead's "Offset" parameter to shift the pitch of each voice up to 24 semitones up/down. Hope this helps!
@@audiosymmetric Ah! It's there on appstore now. Says ""2 days ago", but it definitely wasn't there this morning. Guess it takes time to come through in different parts of the world(?) Anyway, can't wait to try these new features. This is my favourite iOS sequencer by far! Happy holidays man

I added the option to persist the parameter selection menus in version 1.2! Go to the settings menu and select "Persist Menus"
@@audiosymmetric Much appreciated.
