I love this i am making it as i follow your video.. when starting my sleeves i made them a little more out i want more of a flow but when i get them where i want do i need to start deceeasing my stiches cuz i want it longer for the torso.
Depends if you want the torso more fitted or keep it loose. I chose to do creases in my torso because I wanted it to fit my body better instead of being loose
@@UyiosaOsai Hi! You should be increasing 4 times in each row when you are making the yoke! (The yoke is the neck line piece, before you separate the arms and the body.) there should be an increase in each of the corners
Is it possible to use this pattern but do it 1 chain instead of 2 for the double crochet and the spaces? I made a hat/hood that uses the mesh pattern and I did the one chain. I wanted the sweater and the hat to be the same mesh hole size
making this rn 🕺 it’s soooo cute
@@jessgorr2926 yay!! you’ll have to let me know how it turns out!
Beautiful garment!
Great teaching this is beautiful and you make it seem doable….i think my granddaughter would like this❤
Great design and tutorial! Do you remember how many yards of yarn you used? Thank you!
@@MS-gx8gh if I remember correctly, the skein I used was about 370 yards!

@@blueorchid3240 yay!! Welcome!! Hope the top for your daughter turns out great!!
Love the video❤
I'm a bit confused
Are we supposed to increase by 3 in row 3 and continue increasing in that manner?
@@UyiosaOsai Hi!

Okay thank you so much❤
Thanks for you tutorial.. i follow your instructions step by step 😂 i'll tag u on ig if i finish 💜
Omg yes! I’d love to see it! 🥰
Do you mean 7mm? Your crochet hook looks much bigger than a size 7 (4.5mm, between G and H). Thank you so much for sharing this! ❤
@@melanief967 yes!! I used a 7mm 😅😅 I forget that there are number sizes and measurement number sizes.

Yes! That should work just fine! Just be sure to only skip one chain when first beginning the mesh stitch!
@@Chromatic_Crochetokay! Thank you so much for replying and for making this!
how much yarn did you use?
I used that entire skein! (389 yards)
i’m having such a hard time from keeping the neck from being twisted in the first few rows😩 it’s driving me absolutely crazy
@@meganj4543 oh no! Hang in there!! It’s really important to keep it straight in that first row!!
I had the same issue, but with patience and up to 5 attempts it finally worked.
I had a hard time with that too. It took me about 3 tries before it was straight dont give up!
What I do is put the first chain on the back of the needle, that way it doest matter how much you move it, it will not twist
