This MAN B&W model is a little headache. Except for other problems, if you like to remove only cylinder head without all the unit there are 5 allen hex screws (M10 thread) which you have to slack. Many burned valve seats, strictly every 2000HRS change fuel oil nozzles with new. Also nowadays with all these fuel oil changeovers, the fuel system suffers a lot. 3RD Engineer.
Así se ve fácil pero en la realidad es duro en motores ya que tienen varios años . y cuando le dan el motor recién parado. Yo trabaje en motores 16m32.

Poor enough,,,no details for water drain,,no details about the tools to move the scavenge,water pipes...no dwtails if to remove only cylinder head??
i just now work on this tipe of engine and i need to remve only c.head but in manual is only like this complet cylindar unit ..its a sh.t
