sorry for misleading wording in review. i dont study enough for this device. it is not onion os that is available, but this device might be able to use FROGTOOL with it to make ROMS management easier. i will do some video on frogtool with GB300 if all goes smoothly in a week time. hope all goes well. sorry for my mistake
i love gb300 cus i play only gameboy classic and gameboy color and some nes games on it screen is great too even in dark in my opiunium, and ive just added better battery same battery on e-cigaret now ive have 8-10 hours play time. i love it. ps: use better micro sdxc card then its save enought
same i love it too! i will consider to change better battery then, because i love to bring this device anywhere i go, but then the battery life too short for the initial battery provided.
Hye fiery moth, thank you for visiting my profile! because my game list is already been updated,i cannot personally view the stock games for this device, but you can see full list on this site by von mill hausen. vonmillhausen.github.io/sf2000/defaultRoms/defaultRomsNoIntroCheck.htm megaman 1-6 is available inside the console, so its great news for you!
Hi, thanks for your nice review of this interesting retro console, I didn't understand the charging system that this console has... if I connect it to the USB charger when it is off the green light turns on, but when it is fully charged the green light turns off by itself or not? So this console does not have a controlled charging system and you have to be careful not to keep it charging for more than 2 or 3 hours? Is there a risk of damaging the console if you keep it charging for too many hours? Thanks
yes what you saying is correct. LED light not helping at all. i just know this after joined discord community, easier to just replace the battery with new battery, as current battery is too small, only 800mAh. the battery type is 18650, this one is larger battery than regular AA and AAA battery, can be bought online, so cheap and get the rechargable one. can just buy 2-4 battery pack with charger, and youre good to go for travelling purpose, for nonstop gaming as well,
hye eduardo! wait2 i've made a big mistake! sorry for that! for onion os need more expensive device like miyoo mini. but this device might be able to install frogtool. some users in discord already have success in doing so. i might need to try that later on. give me a week to install the required os. again, sorry for my mistake, will put pin comment for my mistake. thank you for your question and sorry for misleading work though 🙏
@@averageperson8350 don’t worry, thanks for answer, not much people talk about this cheap device, thanks again for your work, you have a new suscriber, greatings.
sorry i didnt have sf2000 friend. because its already released past 10 months already so iam too late to join the reviewing party. but all i can say for now is depends on your budget! gb300 cheaper and sf2000 more expensive. or if you need to play fight games, then sf2000 because it has analog. gb300 has no problem for people that just want to play adventure game or pokemon games. processor wise, idk for sf2000. yes price is expensiver, but does it comes with better processor? need to check on that if i were you.
ok just done studying, cpu wise, both gb300 and sf2000 use sl4350 cpu, so performance wise might be the same. for battery, gb300 has 800 mah, while sf2000 has 1500 mah. doubled mah, more game time. ok thats all i can help for now friend!
Go sf2000, I have both and love both but sf2k wireless controller support is the winner for me especially when playing on tv because I can leave the game on the charger and play continuously or afk.
that point from nicholast, and need to add some other point as well from my experience (because this is not paid review so imma go fully honest). inside discord community, sf2000 progress for development way way more progressive compared to new gb300. developers wise, inside community has more developers for sf2000 as well compared to gb300. personally i would go for sf2000 if im not reviewing for latest device (and wanted to try hacking the device). if the users good just the way the console is and dont want to try hacking the hardwares, then it is free to choose then.

Nice review 👍👍👍. Can you tell me how many mega man games does it have in Nes emulator?

Hello, about what you say about installing Onion OS, do you say it in theory or can you really install Onion on the GB300?

There's a lot of abuse going on in this video.
I've bren thinking on which one to get GB300 or sf2000

Eeeyyyy nonono i dont even know how to reach developers to get free sample though. This is truly honest review from me no lie
I have one too, it's actually a good product. Usually on sale for $9 and can even play a lot of GBA and SNES although not all.
