Hey - great video - extremely helpful as usual. I’ve been using the generate_lead event for events like this - do you recommend we just build our own event for phone clicks / email clicks etc? Stu
thank you ! nice !
great guide!
I have used this on several sites and it works like a dream but I have a new site and it is not firing
Hi, any suggestions? Is there a way to track toll-free phone call? Thanks
Now Google has killed the "Click to Call" feature for non-mobile devices
hi Julius, so when creating the trigger, should I enable 'Wait for Tags' checkbox?
Is it applicable for all browsers? Tried it already but it only works for google chrome. Thank you.
Thanks Julius. I have a random question linked to this. It's not something I'd thought about when tracking phone number or email address clicks, but a client (who was previously client side) mentioned this today. I think I know the answer, but wanted to check.
Are the phone numbers and email addresses clicked examples of PII, and should subsequently be redacted in GA4? Or, as they are public facing phone numbers and email addresses on a website, this is not an issue?
In other words, are we okay to store phone numbers clicked into on the GA4, rather than just the total number of clicks?
Thanks jn advance 🙂
What would you have to add to get the name of the URL the phone # was clicked on?
how to track the organic call button click
Great video, thank you for sharing :)
Always awesome. Thank you!
Thanks for sharing
masterpiece
Thanks
Thanks for your work
If we used the same button in footer section, Can this tag measure both calls from one tag?
Yes
Hi, I'd like to ask why is the reports not 1:1 anymore? For example, Event count says 85 yet Total users is only 66. Shouldn't it be 85 event count and 85 total users?
Because some users might click multiple times?
@@AnalyticsMania Can you give us the solution please
