Condition: Rutted mud, chalk & flint track with clay. Mud tyres required when wet. Unsuitable for cars.
Notes: Popular with walkers and horse riders. Closed to all motor vehicles other than motorcycles at time of filming. A couple of scrambling tracks are located to the left side of the track and have existed since the 50s. These are presently fenced off with use prohibited. The ascent is a fantastic ride in Summer!
