More than anything, I just love Oingo Boingo so much but I agree that Weird Science is not their strongest (but not a bad) song. Elfman's career in itself might be worth a video.
Well done! Some very fun boyhood memories with this film, watching it with brothers. Hysterics! It would be nice if the film industry could relax again.

I have such vague memories of this movie and there is so much more than i would have been able to guess. Someone else will probably point this out but Vernon Wells was the biker... and was reprising his character from Mad Max 2.

I completely forgot Bob Downey was in Weird Science. He was my "actor to watch" after I saw him in Less Than Zero (which came out later I think). James Spader plays the evillest character ever too. Hard to believe he could later play such a soft character in Stargate.
@@thetvbaby83 As it looks for now our tentative schedule is Alien Resurrection, then Jaws, most likely Stargate, then Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind, Gremlins 2 then Predator. This should take us into August, but it is subject to change.

Yeah, I feel the same way about the movie, and I will do Innerspace and The Burbs someday. I got a real soft spot for Weird Science.

We are actually doing Stargate the movie soon Aldunlop! The film that turned me into a Downey fan was Chaplin. Just a brilliant performance.

@@johnc.8409 That's the way Alien 3 is, there are few who are in the middle with that one. It's either a love or hate view with that movie.
The psychotic bike who appears at the party is played by Vernon Wells, who plays the psychotic biker Wes from Mad Max 2.
Do a deep dive into outsiders.
Maybe someday but I don't think that will happen this year.
