Hello, welcome to my life, I’m glad to see you here!
Today I gonna show you my apartment in Ukraine. It is a 50 square meters apartment with one bedroom and a living room. It is a typical apartment in Ukraine and other post-soviet countries. Oleh your English is good. Only thing is, that you say Yes too often at the end of sentences. Not something English speakers do. I enjoyed the Tour of your home thank you. The Ukranian nuts you showed us are called Walnuts in English.. hope that helps a little . Good luck with your channel, and prayers for your safety !
yes - it's like the word parasite, we say that in Ukrainian when we often repeat one word.

I think the use of yes is fine. Better than incessant use of the word "like" that so many of us in North America say.

I pay 500 American dollars for heat and electricity.
Oh, it’s much higher than in Ukraine.
Minimal wage is 160 $ in Ukraine, so we have another cost of living
Wow, that's cheap comparing to where I am. $500 is just for NG to only heat the house in winter. Electricity another $400, add water and sewer, phone bills and internet and you are all screwed already
