He lost his cool; monotonous is the reason, but I came to know that he is egotistical and arrogant. Maybe because of fame, money, and power; that said, the power has gone, and now he is trying to prove that he is still relevant. I used to like his movie and music, but who knows what lies behind those all hits as it could not be the work of just one person. Indian Choreographers were hired, the manipulation with actors, and it is still one. There is nothing if someone asks for story-hearing, or asking for the price, etc. What he is saying that an artist/newcomer can't ask for the price is nothing but a mere representation of his intellect. No offense.
Syed Noor is one of the reasons for the downfall of Lollywood.
Initially he made some good films Sargam 1995, Jeeva 1995, Sangam which started in 1994 but released in 1997, ghunghat 1996, Deewane tere pyar ke 1997, Dil Deewane 2001, Choorian 1998, Daku Rani 1999 and mehndi wala haath 2000.
Neeli was cast in ghunghat 1996 but was replaced by Saima, before then she was a small actresses in punjabi films. Saima does not suit Urdu films but punjabi films only due to her figure.
Syed Noor cast Saima in most of his films after 1997/98, she was cast in roles, weather she suited the role or not. Saima looked older than momar rana in Choorian. Films are art which is being creative but most films are full of cheap songs and vulgar dances.

Noor Saab in Larki punjaban saima was miss cost. Resham and Zara sheikh could have done better. Also Baghi and Jungle queen were flopped due to saima. Though she done great job in all these movie. But she was not suitable for those films
