hello, I already reset the camera but there is no beep beep sound so it can't connect to the cellphone, I want to connect to the camera wifi hotspot but it's not detected. What to do ?
We have 3 SriHome sho38 cameras. Today my admin account went down and had to re boot all three cameras and re set up all three. Everything is working great except for the notifications come though only giving the device ID number not the device location name. We have changed the device names on the camera setup screen but the notifications only send the device ID number. How can we change this ID number to a room name (ie laundry room, office, living room etc)

This is how our program is set up. Every time the APP is reopened, the program will default to 360P resolution, so that the camera can load the picture faster.
If the resolution of 1440P is used at the beginning, it will take a long time for the camera to load the picture. If the network is not good, it may be difficult to load the picture.
