This is why I hate selling players to big teams, I always switch the transfer to a loan and the ALWAYS reject, I mean, if you really wanted a player you can have him on loan with the option to buy, that way I KNOW he will get game time and not get bought, get 0 game time and you instantly put him on the loan list Also if I scout and find a player that would fit into my team that has had 0 game time in 5 years, I'm not going to spend £50m just because you are at a team like Real, I'll give you a couple million plus a % of sale

You should definetely do a career on this, start in the Lower Leagues of England and slowly build up a portfolio of players, helping them with transfers, contracts and all sorts. You wouldn't really have an aim for the career except for the fact that you want your players to succeed and become some of the best in the world.

I know that some clubs have guidelines in FM, my last club I managed in Germany had a rule that you could not offer players above 30 years long contracts, for example. Regarding the general setup of the video, personally I would prefer it if you would do both universes of one player directly after each other so that the memory of the first universe is still fresh when doing the second one, i.e. Voisey you -> Voisey AI -> Thiago you -> Thiago AI, etc. .
This video was awesome Matt, the Voisey transfer in particular with the heroic return to Manchester United (only to then somewhat underperform for them haha) is perfection. Was also interested in how close you ended up being to the FM agent with the Icelandic defender. The one thing I would like to see added is looking at if they become a legend/icon at the club when they stay for a decent period of time - then maybe if they do become legendary status do they eventually name a stadium in years to come...

Please do some short term ones, like neymar a veteran who everyone knows is better than what he is proving at psg. save his carrer and get him the best last 3-4 years of his carrer
I have question, Are you choosing a club for them by your personal view regardless of the club wants and needs or you are choosing from the clubs mentioned as interested in the move which is more logical and realistic
Most of the players have at best 1-2 club listed as interested in them, so to just use that would completely defeat the point of the video. I'm choosing clubs for them based on them getting a move that helps them and helps the club :)
