Call ring is loud in earbud while incoming call. I didnt find any option to lower it. Even if the mobile ringer is at low volume the earbud sound is loud.
Try to reset it bro. Unpair from mobile device. Tap 5 times simultaneously on both earbud. If it still doesnt work get it replaced bhai. If you have purchased from Flipkart it comes with 7 days replacement policy.
