When I saw the helipad and the helicopter I thought that now we are gonna fly to Kenji's rooftop garden then I remembered that " Oh ! It's GTA III where we don't have any flyable vehicle and the only flyable vehicle can barley fly" Lol on me 😂😂.

Nice video, brings back some memories! BTW I think you can't reach the Love Media building with a Dodo, pretty sure it has a height limit to how high it can fly, which is not high enough to reach the roof. I believe the only way without mods is a Rhino with the flying cars cheat.
Fun fact: Joey's garage in GTA 3 and the Transfender tuning garage in GTA SA are identical. This can be seen if you actually explore. This is possible via some SA-MP servers (like UIF), using the Ganton gym glitch or by a mod. The easiest method is through SA-MP. For singleplayer I use cheat menu. Just get into Transfender with any car, select colors and get to the part where you choose a color, activate cheat menu and close it. You'll be set back to the base menu, select colors again, but this time you'll have to use W instead of SPACE. Once you selected colors just press F to get out of the car and that's it.

The guy who made Silent Patch figured out how to put flyable helicopters into GTA 3. Its called "III Aircraft". So using that teleport mod isn't really necessary anymore.

Kenji's garden is up there because it's not a location that apears in the cutscenes only because the model for the rooftop is used ingame aswell. same thing with Joey's Garage. Unlike in GTA SA where all files for the cutscenes are stored in a difirent .img file.
You're also able to get inside of the airport because when heading into the area right past the little fire truck there's that two walls to your left and you can actually just run into the fence in between the wall because there's no collision and just run all the way down that fence inside of it and if you keep running and jumping and moving around at the wall at certain ways you're able to clip through and you get a nice little view of inside of the building and also you can see infinite blue hell below you
My mother: Oh, my god! Why is that a car inside my house? What are you doing in my car? Me: I'm sorry, mom, i just wanted to explore it, otherwise the save menu will pop up

12:19 I believed that, this was the tunnel head to *Ghost town* but the developers decided to make the tunnel that looks like its broken.
You can also explore the hideout in portland by using the Rc car for some reason the door stays open
