Thank you for bringing up the truth of God not being acknowledging within the genre of Christian rap, I thought it was just me that noticed that. I love your comments during the Bizzle response, you all have some good hearts. I have noticed the difference between non Christian and Christian reactions to a Christian rapper because of their understanding of what is being said, and I appreciate that you all replied!

The craziest part about John 8 when Jesus said, ‘he who is without sin, cast the first stone,’ and everybody left because they weren’t without sin... then, Jesus told the woman, I don’t accuse you either, go and sin no more... Jesus was the ONLY person eligible to throw a stone since he was the ONLY one without sin, yet he chose to give her the choice to live a better life than she had been living. That’s mercy and grace in its purest form!.

P.S. JOB did all the actions of praying and praising for all that he had. JOB even did more praising to bless his sons so that they could have everything. What JOB didn't do was really walk with God. To really get to know God and talk to him. It was praying, burnt sacrafices, and praise just because he would be blessed with everything. God let him see what he should of been doing and not just going through the actions.

Your reaction was good. Jesus said we are either serve God or mammon (money). Also, Jesus spoke that we are either for or against him. God’s ways are not are our ways. Remember back in the 80’s we had CHRISTIAN metal and then in the 90’s we had CHRISTIAN metalcore and hip hop and they were boomin...artists like D BOY etc...how about reacting to a Christian metalcore group like FOR ALL ETERNITY - FURTHER FROM HATE, DERAILED AND METANOIA. Few people really read the book of Job and get it right. Job kept maintaining his righteousness and right to question God. His friends kept telling Job to repent. Job wanted to challenge God as if He were His peer! Job thought He was blessed b/c he is righteous. God blessed Job for no other reason than He wanted to: God's prerogative. Same with Joyner, feeling that he has the right to question God when he can't give a single life and can't even deal with his pain sober. He needs God, but won't acknowledge it. He honors people instead of the One Who makes people and finds his comfort in alcohol instead of the God of Life and His Truth. Romans 1 says we have no excuse if we can't find God, heaven, the Truth. Joyner is feeling himself. For ALL have sinned and come short . . . !
It's crazy to me the misconception among non believers and believers alike that God chooses when someone dies. Free will was given to us without a time limit in this life. God don't make "miss takes". He gave us life and we choose the path we take. God's not sitting up there cherry picking who dies at what time. God knows when ur time is up he doesn't schedule it. He is just, loving and merciful. Just my 2 cents, God bless!
Koa Ellis well that’s just not accurate now is it? God chose what time to send floods to kill everyone but Noah’s family. He chose when Sodom and Gammorah had to be destroyed. He also added 15 years to Hezekiah’s life in 2 Kings. And one day he will literally TAKE his church. He is the Great I Am, if He wants to allow death to happen, it will happen, if He doesn’t, it won’t. God bless you tho honestly
Koa Ellis Plus God also has a divine purpose so he has to allow deaths at certain moments for His plans to go into fruition. To claim he doesn’t pick who dies at what time is almost blasphemy as He controls everything in this universe...except our free will. But our death, we don’t have an infinite time limit joined to our free will cuz that wouldn’t even make sense for 2 hour old babies who die. What free will would they have even exercised for it to be deemed their time to die? Think about it

God did destroy the world in Noah's time due to the fact that it was infested with sin. Same scenario with Sodom and Gommorah. God's mercy was not accepted and Sin had to be dealt with by the Almighty. Abraham even pleaded but there wasn't any righteous soul to be saved. The church being taken will be due to the same thing as where God has been broadcasting his love mercy and Grace to the world and yet sin still grows like the time of Noah, and Sodom and Gommorah if not worse. My statement of having no time limit on free will is something I've picked up along my journey and I will look into thanks to you. But my standpoint on God making "miss takes" was referring to the viewpoint of Lucas Joyner who thinks God should've taken this person instead of so and so. I meant God don't make mistakes on who goes and stays. And God is not cherry picking ppl as if some are better than others. Another thing you've brought to my attention is my belief that God just allows death and doesn't say when this or that person has to go for his plan to be fulfilled. Nice concept except Bizzle didn't have a respond to the last part of Lucas admitting that it is the devil's work. He did address the questions though.
I heard it differently. His response to me was an explanation of God's sovereignty, and if God has complete control then he has control of both life and death. He stated "what if they are and I take them with me...is there any better place they can be" Everything isn't the devil's work. The word says all things work together for the good to the that love Him. So when he says at the end trust that I love you...is his way of saying God is Sovereign and is he sees the end or the things we can't see or understand
