I don't know about that not counting thing, but if I was writing an MMR engine the faster the game the bigger the point swing.. Gaben plis? If you lose a game inside 15 minutes, you should be losing a _lot_ of points and the team who wins should be gaining a lot.

Id argue that most games that ends that early are because of disconnections that got counted, playing 4v5. It would be unfair to the people that just queued to someone with bad internet
