I doubt they could find actors that could replicate their incredible chemistry + talent. It's such a unique combination and so totally theirs, I don't think there are 2 people in the world who could play them.
what happened in those clips where they stopped skating? They withdrew mid competition?? I only just discovered these two from their 2018 performance of moulin rouge so idk about their whole story
tessa suffers from chronic pain in her legs caused by compartment syndrome, something she was diagnosed with back in 2008; there were times she could barely walk because of it. the clip with her in the pink dress was from their first competition back since her second (unsuccessful) surgery in 2011. her leg started cramping mid performance & she couldn’t finish it, so they had to withdraw. the same happened in the next set of clips (black dress) they stopped mid skate, but eventually managed to finish the program !!
