I know these two faced each ither a few times, and that Misty dropped the WWC belt to Ripper to unify the titles. Is there more video of other matches? Misty also faced Linda, Kat ans Luna Vachon in Puerto Rico , what about those?
I wish this match occurred about three years earlier, when both women were in better wrestling shape. Quite sad; obviously the years 1991 and 1992 were not kind to Misty Blue.
It was amazing how fast Misty got out of shape in a span of a year! She put on a lot of weight, and this match just showed it in spades! She‘s slow, breathing heavy, and labors just to stand up … it was a mighty quick fall from grace! She was once so graceful and quick, but she aged quick, pretty done by ‘93 and disappeared fast! Amazing watching this, the once mighty Misty jiggling and barely able to put any moves together, just looking to test!

9:25 to 10:05 the best wrestler in the world takes a beating and is pinned twice. The second count was better than 3 seconds. Slow count. Misty looked battered and beaten. And tired.

Misty was thr best in the world for sure. But after this, she fell out of the #1 spot and was gone from the top 10 rankings within the year.
