I just had brass and aluminium parts from the templates cut. Made a beautiful piece. Used some thicker rubber bands and added two springs for a stronger shot. The springs can swing out for a lighter shot. I melted crayons down and mixed them with magnetic putty. Used a silicon mold to reshape them. They stick to metal surfaces very nicely.
I don't have the patience,materials,or intellect to do this but still watching.

you could make an elastic band system connecting to the cocking system, triggered by the trigger. The trigger could not only cause the round to fire, but also cause the elastic band system to cock the gun for you, transforming this into Semi-Auto instead of Bolt Action

I'm tempted to make these parts out of something sturdier like ply or even some aluminium, make the firing mechanism an airtight, spring powered, plunger type system and fire heavier ammunition with a lot more energy. Could get interesting.

Liked and subscribed, this is an amazing display of craftsmanship. You are very talented at papercraft. I especially liked how you use cianoacrylate glue to harden certain surfaces and also how you use it to mak custom pieces with the help of a little sanding afterwards. Very good, I intend to try this build myself. I'm a fan.

Or, you know, he could just set a challenge for himself to engineer something similar to a firearm without gunpowder, metal or machined parts. He puts all of his schematics online so that other people who like building stuff can replicate the project for fun. He isn't trying to "Be a man," he just likes building stuff and helping other people build cool stuff.

You should have added a spring/rubber band system, to pull back the slide when you pull the trigger lever, so it would automatically reload a round into the chamber.

В описании видео можно скачать, но только с телефона, с овер 9000 рекламы, и автор сделал 10 файлов, вместо одного, да ему тоже денег хочется, но это уже перебор, как по мне, за каждую 1000 переходов по ОДНОЙ ссылке он получат от 1 бакса центов до 2 баксов центов( скорее всего даже больше), ссылок 10, на каждые 1000 человек 10 баксов - 20 баксов, на видео 20 лямов просмотров, допустим каждый сотый человек пытается скачать, итог 200 тыс. человек, 15 (средние деньги за 1000 человек на 10 ссылок), 200 на 15 = 3000$ за ссылки и ещё не так много за монетизацию видео. Но автору тоже надо кушать. Я это вот к чему: почему автор видео не может использовать НОРМАЛЬНЫЙ сократитель ссылок, там adfly или типо такого, хотя может эта проблема только у меня. Просто грустно, я не могу скачать шаблоны ни с одного из его видео.
