I am a mom of 3 suffered anxiety, depression and was diagnosed of several mental disorder. Ang hirap dahil hindi ako maintindihan ng mga tao sa paligid. But because I am a mother, andun yung instinct na mamaya na sarili ko, mga anak ko muna ang pamilya ko muna. Pero di parin maiwasan na bumalik balik yung depression lalot pat hindi ako nagagamot ng maayos. My children and husband also suffered sa pag iintindi sa akin, but I am so blessed kasi hindi sila bumitiw. Hindi sila perfect kaya minsan may misunderstanding, pero andyan padin sila, kaya ako nilalakasan ko yung bulong ko kay Lord na kayanin ko at mamuhay ng normal. Kudos po sa husband mo mam, dahil napakahirap nyan for him, he is suffering at the same time nakikita nyang kayo rin is suffering because of him. Sir, do not give up, laban tayo, masaya po ang buhay, malalampasan din natin ito. Salamat Miss Tony at kay Teacher Karla, sa interview na to, dahil madami ang naghihirap nag susuffer in silence, yung mukhang normal, masaya, parang walang problema pero mag isang lumalaban para sa buhay dahil sa invisible illness na ito. Yes, depression has no face. Many overcome depression silently dahil lumalaban sila ng tahimik. I diagnosed myself with depression before i tried to open up until someone told me that i need to ask a psychiatrist pero hindi ko alam kung sino ba lalapitan ko na pwede tumulong sa akin because at the same time parang nagkaroon din ako ng malalim na trust issues sa tao. Parang feeling ko lahat sasaktan ako emotionally. I feel that what really cured my depression was the power of God. Because even though I was going through something like that, I never forgot to pray. Many times i cry to him in my prayer. I thank God na ngayon parang OKAY naman na ako.♡ And i thank my Mom too. My Mom is also my STRENGTH throughout my silent battle. But that experiences thought me na don't laugh to someone who is facing depression or sa isang tao na may pinagdadaanan. Try to listen to them and be patience.❤
Lalo mo talaga ako pinahanga Maam Karla. Kaya di ako nagsisisi or nanghihinayang na minsan na rin akong nag donate sayo Maam. Ito yung klaseng tao na kailangan natin sa mundo at sana dumami pa sila.. As OFW, nakaka tuwa at minsan nakaka pawi ng pagod maka kita ng mga ganitong nilalang sa mundo lalo na pinas na tumutulong sa kapwa lalo na magaaral. Share ko lang din po , Isa ako sa mga natulungan ng ganitong program . ang tawag naman dati ay "Lingap kapwa" meron kaming pang school supplies and pang uniform din every school year. super thankful ako , na ngayon nasa isip ko din yung tumulong sa mga batang nag aaral, Kahit maliit na bagay or halaga gusto kong ibalik din kasi nung bata pa ako naranasan ko yung tulungan din ako para makapag aral . Sa ngayon meron akong isang student na sinusuportahan ng baon every month. Grade 7 na sya ngayon . Masaya ako kasi dati ako ang tinutulungan tapos ngayon ako na yung may opportunity na makatulong , and I praise God talaga .
Depression can only be resolved by you, your core, your instilled values and nobody but this tiny conscience from heaven that keeps on talking to you every time evil keeps on pulling you back to be anxious. That is my realization of my own battle to completely heal from it.
