Imo in order to prevent sprain not to mention injury, I highly recommend 4 finger claw. While 5 finger provide you somehow faster reflex, it's not worth it when you get in the operating table.

I think crypto's way to use five finger setup is better, he use his lest index for holding scope instead of crouch & prone, & right index for for crouching, proneing etc...
Coz we usually need to double tap crouch button rapidly & it's helpful in this way 👽❤️‍🔥
