Baba Peter Tosh phenomenal. Baba Peter Tosh isn’t only a reggae singer and musician but a Pan African warrior leader and hero. Baba Peter Tosh” No matter where you come from as long as you’re a black man you’re an African”.

Peter Tosh began my search for morals as a homeless 'mixed-race' teen in the UK such a long time ago now. Today I still search for morals, but realise he gave me something equally important...self worth, love, and peace from within...I am so glad and humbled that human beings like Peter Tosh have, and do live...like fire that refuses to go out, or a light to guide us all...thank you Peter, you mean the world to me.
As a big Marley fan, I can appreciate the major differences between these two reggae legends. Bob put his music to uplifting people and being happy; Peter put reggae in the service of social justice. A place for both!

Always felt Peter Tosh does not get the recognition he truly deserves. His singing is majestic. His lyrics are thought provoking in terms of the messages conveyed. The individual elements of the Wailers in terms of Peter, Bunny and Bob demonstrate their strengths, whether together or on their own. The musicianship it is of the highest quality too.
I felt you . Went to Jamaica just to go to his recently opened museum , was wondering around looking for the address , ask some of the youths walking by if they knew where it was , no one gave me a single clue of the museum location, it’s like they don’t care or didn’t even know who peter Tosh was ...it was so sad , this guy is a Jamaican icon and you don’t know your roots and history . I was upset but finally found the place
Peter Tosh in my opinion was a pioneer in words of music and yes he didn't get the recognition he truly deserved, his songs and lyrics are so relevant to today's happenings.
Underrated? Why is that? Tosh posthumously got a Grammy for his (rather mediocre) 'No Nuclear War' album in 1987, and is still - more than 35 years after his death - one of the world's most popular and commercially successful reggae artists to date. Which part of that exactly sounds like 'underrated' to you?
