A question, if I want to implement a chebyshev sallen key filter what are the coefficients?

According to your explanation. Sir I've made a second class sallen key low pass filter with unity gain using lm324 quad op amp on single supply, but when I adjust the gain to 1.5 by using feedback , I get no output or very less output signal .
