This is one of my favorite channels. You explain stuff really well and this video clicked something with me that I had been stuck trying to figure out. Thanks for all you do.
Thank you for everything you share-you always give me so much to think about and to work with. It takes me 30 minutes to watch 8 minutes of video because I repeatedly have to pause it for a few minutes while I grab a stick and work with the new ideas you're giving me. :) One question: I can't figure out what word you're using for those "halfway twirls" you somtimes do on the angle 1 strikes. It sounds like you're saying "trapilon" but I can't find that term anywhere else (or any similar word in Spanish), so I'm guessing I'm just not hearing it correctly.
This was well done and you have good understanding. Sinawali , in Kapampangan, ( and probably other dialects) does mean "to weave". That flowing weaving motion is its very essence wether 1 or 2 weapons are used.
Hi there, I may be many years too late, but what is the word/term you use at 2:04 ?? "(forehand) Tadapilo?" I'm not quite sure what you said. Maybe other commenters and viewers can chime in :) Thanks. Great video!
Wow... thats crazy, you might knock me out in a second with that technique...i start to love this marcial art too late... Why we dont put it in a PE lesson in the philippines start in grade school after all this is ours filipino marcial arts... so very deadly and affective to anyone...
@@betchayvillaflores228 thats good.. my kids already started it last year..They study it twice a week... its really good for them starting in a young age...
No such thing as single sinawali. Sinawali always in pairs according to old version. You are mixed up with doblete and florete style. Mabuhay!!! Patay ang magiging deciples mo.
Mark, that is amazing. Thank you. Wish you a wealthy situation during the lockdown.
You're real good,l hope to learn a least some basics, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
