TMX बार 'TEMPCORE' नामक एक विशेष प्रक्रिया का उपयोग करके निर्मित होते हैं।
इसमें BAR को उच्च तापमान तक गर्म करते हैं और फिर उन्हें तेजी से ठंडा करते है। This gives TMX bars a tempered martensitic surface layer and a ferrite~pearlite core, which imparts superior strength and flexibility to the bars.
Its increased strength and fire resistance makes them a better candidate for construction than TMT bars.

आपसे एक सवाल है। भारत मे कौनसी ऐसी अच्छी कंपनी है जो अभी TMX बार प्रोवाइड करती है? क्योंकि मैंने बहुत ढूंढा लेकिन कोई टाटा या जिंदल जैसी कंपनी TMX बार प्रोवाइड नहीं करती। कृपया मुझे इसका कारण बताये की आज भी भारत की सभी बड़ी कॉमपनी TMT बार क्यों बनाती है जबकि TMX बार हर मायने मे बेहतर है?
