    Great Porsche collection. Congrats. Very reasonable point of view on spending money. Respect.

    Great review!! The IXO models are great. Personally I’d go with Sparks. It really comes down to how it affects your budget.

    Please keep going with the videos mate, really love the content! Would like to see a full overview of your entire 911 RSR collection as I’ve been collecting all the spark RSR’s in 1:43!

    The spark is better but the for price difference not worth it

    I am starting a 911 GT3 collection, but its to display above my desk, IXO is more than detailed enough for the purpose. I can sometimes get some liveries for 50-60 euro to my door. But thanks for the comparison

    Nice comparison, very useful! When there is a spec that I really love the Sparks are worth it at around double the price of the IXO's. Here in Europe these IXO's can be had for around 65 euros. A real bargain! Love your collection by the way!
    Another brand that is punching far above the pricepoint is Solido (they are a sister brand of OTTO/GT Spirit). They have released a lot of the historic Porsche racing cars recently + many variants of 911's for the road. They are partially opening diecast models & amazing quality at around 40 euros if you can find em!

      Hi thanks for your comment. Yes I have seen all of those and they are actually really nice. There are a lot of budget models that look really good and the prices you mentioned are a great bargain. Thanks for the compliment on my collection much appreciated!!!!

    This was a very good video! Having thoughts to buy the ixo Rothmans, youre absolutely right about the diffusor, but that doesn't match to the cost gap.
    Here in the Netherlands the ixo is 67 euro's vs 150 for the spark. Which is more than double

    the wheel fitment is what bothers me the most with ixo, that's the main difference visible from far. Especially for a person that is into cars, lowered stanced the wheel to fender fitment is off. And it wouldnt be a expensive fix imo on their part idk why they do fitment like that

      @DHKarol 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      update, comparing to real life rsr the ixo has actually more correct fitment

    Nice comparison! I'm considering the IXO 919 LM winner since I missed the boat on the Spark version. Looks like Spark's details are more crisp.

    like you, I own Spark, IXO and Auto Art race cars in 1/18. I think that your comparison is dead on and agree with you on all points. I also collect more in 1/43 as they are less expensive and easier to display. The Spark are top notch and can be had for 50-100.00 depending on model and vendor. Looksmart, TSM and FUJIMI also make comparable models in 1/43. IXO are far less expensive at around 20-50.00 and are exceptional but not as detailed. just like in 1/18.

    Hello Jordan: I would like to tell you that I finally received the 1:18 scale Coca Cola Porsche by spark, and the rothman’s RSR by Ixo ( lemans 2018 ) . The Coca Cola RSR is strikingly good. but I’m under the slight impression that the rothman’s ixo rsr is slightly narrower or slightly more elongated than the spark. If you look at length vs width ratio between you spark’s pink pig and your ixo’s rothmans rsr, do you actually get the same proportions between the two ? ( in millimeters) ? have you noticed any difference ? I understand the ixo is cheaper, but my only concern is that that perceived slight difference in measurement just makes the spark way nicer. (details, materials, price an quality of paint aside ). what is your perception ? did you notice that possible difference ? or do they have the same measurements ? interesting question ain’t it ?

    Spark ist only Made of cheap Resine, ixo is Metal Dicast. So Spark is too expensive for only Made of Resine.
