One thing is sure - Havn has designers onboard. Little details... That ASUS Strix GPU looks silly though. No matter what you do, it will seem to be tilted. Which is a perfect example of not so great design for comparison.
wish you would have actually shown another build with the horizontally mounted GPU. It's hard to really tell how wide the case is so I'm curious to know if a relatively wide GPU would fit horizontally (like maybe an EVGA 3080ti hybrid card). Overall I feel like they're sooo close to having something good here, but there's still a few things about it that are making me just want to wait and see what's next
My latest build used the MonTech King 95. Impressive build quality. It, like Corsairs Carbide Air 540 and the Fractal North do not have enough space to roof mount Arctics LF 2 and 3. The trend towards massive VRMs preclude the use of Arctics thicker rad/fans. The subtle RGB on the King 95, I feel, nicely breaks up yet another "fish tank". I also much prefer front IO versus top IO.
WOW! I am SUPER SURPRISED that the Angled Fans + Glass Shroud made the temps a little worse.... DANG I wish you would have done some more testing! :/ - I would have LOVED to see a few more configs... like horizontal GPU mount, PLUS the angled fans & shroud ...AND ... same thing but without the glass...... ALSO doing all the different configs with high fan speed and low fan speed..... AND ..... with/without the 3 fans or 4 HDDs.... - - I am SUPER INRTERESTED in this case... but I wasn't until the VERY END when you said it could hold 4 HDDs + 1 behind the MoBo ..... - - BUT I kinda only want the angled fans and glass shroud for the LOOKS TBH.... I think it LOOKS GREAT with the angled fans.... and that glass shroud is actually an idea I had thought about a couple of years ago... - - AND they also took my idea of holding your drives where the 3 side fans usually are LOL - NO JOKE!!! They READ MY MIND!!! - But with that price I'm SUPER hesitant.... I wish you would have shown use what the bottom of the inside of the case looks like with out the angled metal bracket... is it completely solid??? is it just that pattern of holes like on the back panel and top??? After watching this and the recent deBauer video where he and a woman used thus case for a water-cooled system, I think the Lian Li O11 Vision / O11D EVO XL is still the best when it comes to larger cases... The latter's practicality and airflow are just too good bruh. Edit: Also, build quality is really good. You have many configs to choose from. And the second chamber is very well thought out too.
What about if GPUs makers offers a standard GPU with different types of coolers design for different types or PC cases for optimal cooling and is user replaceable?
If you can contact HAVN, will you please tell them to make a case very similar to this but instead of using glass, can the entire thing be made of airflow panels and have room for a front 420mm radiator? If this case could house 4x420mm radiators simultaneously while being extremely airflow friendly, it would be AMAZING!
To me the BEST FILTER would be a simple fine mesh Screen for better air flow like this case and less dust getting through with the wide open holes instead of fine holes that doesn't let the air through . I like the case but not the size as it is BIG and I like smaller ATX with the I/O in the front for desk top use. I'll take their 280 or maybe their 360 in white.
This case looks great, however all i want is motherboard manufacturers just making good mATX boards and cases accordingly. I bought a full atx like 6-7 years ago for the upgradability, to say i haven’t upgraded my pc whatsoever. Now i have a (good looking) but massive case taking up space.
I agree. It looks like one can build a really cool all-white full rgb system there but it would be just more for the "unique" aesthetics. I bet one can get a better case with less money, less compromises, better temperatures and that can look almost the same.
I would like to have a double chamber case without windows, but a good mesh front. It's very that modern cases are so overly focused ob looks, instead a perfect function.
Their rollout has been a bit slow due to the demand in regions they have launched it in. They're hoping before the end of the year at least for Newegg Canada.
Good case, I like that you can use only 140mm fans, thanks God. But lacking double USB 3.0 inain the front IO in a premium case with a premium price is ridiculous when all premium boards have dual usb 3.0. also, the bottom filter should be able to be removed from the front I would like to have seen a fully 140mm build with and 420mm AIO on the side as intake instead of the ridiculously cheap air tower
So this case is just meant for water cooling with aios or loops since, if you use a 4090 and aircool, you can't fit it according to you saying that the maximum was a 3080 which is a shame. At the moment vertical mounts are the best for 4090s and 4080s because pcbs are warping even with horizontal gpu support and it's why vertical mounting is becoming better. Overall this case is a good case for showing off your build if its an aio one but, I much rather prefer antec flux pro this year for maximum air cooling and airflow. Shame that's its been months and its still not sold in Canada though....

Hey, I'm on the other opinion regarding sponsors. I believe you guys gotta eat and finance these videos. I don't see anything wrong with sponsors as far as you do a comparison video with said products and non-sponsored to see your unbiased opinion on how the compete with each other.
I believe that's the best course of action. That way you don't have to decline sponsors that you believe deserve a spotlight in your channel, and gain extra videos comparing/ranking them to "get back" your credibility. This would only not work if any brand gets too sensitive, or you straight up didn't like an sponsored product, which would be weird to sponsor to begin with. But whatever. Your channel, your content, I just wanted to make you less stressed about sponsors since people that comment are the complainers, while the rest just silently like your content and understand your creative direction/decisions. ❤
How many Mac Mini M4 Pro can we stack in this case and run them in parallel to produce a supercomputer? I mean, someone, somewhere will provide something to hook as many of them together eventually with all that bandwidth from Thunderbolt 5, 3-4 of them will bury any PC + 4090 or even the unannounced 5090 Ti.

Love this, but I think the Lancool 207 has it beat. Same idea, but way more compact and thermals are also excellent.

From Havn's website, the specs say they're USB 3.2. And could have a side AIO with bottom intake, just not with the VGPU version.

FYI - I have never had the impression of bias towards any sponsors and never found it intrusive in your content
4% tint on the glass…. Maybe on the inside…. Reflect the lighting back in and let the tint mute the whole thing for a nice, low glow.

for me the best case has to be medium or small in size. large cases are inconvenient and better suited for conventions and in store displays.
