I was watching a video on an arms and armour channel yesterday talking about how not all medieval knights wore shining polished armour, but some (many) were wearing blued and other colours. Blue, amber, emerald green, just as the skillets were coming out of the seasoning oven. This is such as example of how deep the roots of metal work and lovely skillets go. Also serendipitous as how one piece of knowledge dovetails with another. Best of luck to Copper State going forward.
I bought 2 hybrid pans from them after your first video. Very happy with them. Love the shape...so much so that I imagine there will be a lot of copycats before too long.
Now I need one of their skillets. 😎👍
Good on ya!
