Good summary with a few minor points. Russia has never cared about their own people. So it's no problem for them to bomb their own cities and their own population. Russia has never cared about their own people. So it's no problem for them to bomb their own cities and their own population.
Putin never cared about refugees, now they want to evacuate people from Kursk to .... right, to occupied Mariupol, away from other Russians.
And those in the Kremlin never cared about their own territory, all they can do is rob money from the poor population. The poorer the population, the more they will agree to go to war for a very small money.
