The tutorial is good BUT--- he should show SLOWLEY whitch buttons to push to get into the programs. I pushed buttons and made different cups of coffee and never found which buttons to push to get into the programs. I haven’t found them yet. But i have made different cups of coffee. Please show which buttons to push to get the proper results. It was obvious that he knows which buttons to push but i don’t.
Hi, For descaling, do I need to remove the filter before dropping the tablets in the water tank? I use water from my fridge to fill my Jura E8, and water already has very good taste.
What is wrong if cleaning with Jura tablets only results in good coffee for 2-3 days (12 cups). Then extreme bitterness gradually creeps back in until the coffee has to be adulterated with sugar to make it drinkable! Similarly running clean cycle without a tablet only results in good coffee for the same dozen or so cups? Do I need stronger tablet? CleanHike or Citric acid in the water occasionally? Why is the rinse water almost always so dirty? Is it really OK to use such dirty water to make coffee?
Hi, is the machine programmed based on time only i.e. 8 months for descaling, or does it detect build-up? Eg if i choose to descale sooner (say we live in a hard water area), will it still alert at what would have been 8 months?
Your setup allows for input of water hardness. The machine knows the volume of water from the number of beverages dispensed. Algorithms...Gotta love 'em.
Yes, but in NA people say J-ura, so I say what people say so that we are all talking about the same thing. I'm not interested in correcting what the majority of people say.
Sounds like a big scam very expensive machine to maintain it. It’s expensive and they want you to bring it in when you need to fix it really well thought out and I’m guessing they’re targeting people that actually have money to waste although it makes really good coffee.😋
Horrible tutorial. So fast its hard to figure anything out, AND if I want to do cleaning or descaling on my own without being reminded to, he doesn't say how to find these functions! This is terrible.
Hello! Do you know how to fix “fill the water tank” issue… my tank it’s full but this message appears… Jura Ena. 8 model

Yes, I remove the filter.
My Jura Z7 has told me only once to descale & I’ve had this machine for 7/8 years. How can I get this function to happen?
It should prompt you but check your manual
With an f7 which is not calling for a cleaning how do it have it run a clean cycle?

I did the tablet cleaning cycle..it didnt take 20 minutes..it didnt take even 15 minutes..it took exactly 12 minutes...is this normal?
Hi, different machines have different times.
Hi, to clean and descale the machine, do I need purified water, mineral water or just tap water? Thank you
Good practice is to used filtered water but it will go through the built in filter so tap water is fine

Hi, it will alert you depending on how you set it up. The machines come with ph strips to test your water

good god!!! even if I try I'll never be able to make such a poor vidoe, with so many mistakes and corrections and confusions and ...
Pronounced URA
