I never get tired of this series. I appreciate the amount of work that you put into each episode, providing a platform for all of these amazing and unique artists and craftsmen! A true education and inspiration! Thank you!
Thank you 🙏
This man is very clever. The Mr. Miyagi of pottery. Heavily inspired by his culture. I would love to go to the US and study his techniques.
A true artist never stops exploring his talents and limits.

Wow just wow.
Everyone has a craft whether it is speechmaking, writing, dressing cadavers for viewing, painters, cooks, designers, printers and of course potters. But some have the ability to raise that craft to an art form.
Thanks for the video!
Glad you enjoyed it.
As Akira would say “that was good enough” 😂Loved his colors and how his attitude translated
Amazing artist
Best banjo song ever
Beautiful music

Akira’s studio/gallery was destroyed in the flooding that struck Asheville in 2024. That beautiful gallery was knee deep in mud. If you go to his website you can donate to the restoration of this gifted man’s workplace.
That's horrible news. Thanks for adding this.
