    ⁉️ How to keep body balance the fastest and most effective when doing yoga?
    👉 Check out these tips with Jai Yoga
    ✔️ The weight of the body is on bare feet
    Walking barefoot while yoga helps people keep their body strong in yoga poses better. Toes on the floor are also a good resonance for the goal of keeping balance.
    ✔️ Maintain the right body connection
    Straight posture: hips, knees and ankles need a row straight.
    Sitting posture: Hip, shoulders, straight ears.
    Straight arm balance: the hand is horizontal to the shoulder.
    ✔️ Keep your eyes focused
    Look at some object in the gym and don't look horizontally to another point. When you close your eyes or look at the moving object, keeping balance when yoga becomes much harder.
    ✔️ Increase abs
    The abs area plays a very important role in keeping balance while practicing yoga. Aim for the goal of strengthening abs, or muscle gain exercise will be easier to practice yoga exercises related to keep body balance.
    💥 Many yoga exercises keep balance looks simple but actually when practicing is not easy. Don't give up if you still haven't mastered your body in the most perfect way. Try working out one step at a time with support from the wall, wire or the right tools, you will notice your ability to improve, your body will be stronger over time.

    I've really appreciated this balance lesson. I cannot do everything but I've managed most. So, I would suggest, in presumed difficult poses, few more informations or simplified alternatives. It could be great! Namaste Mr. Ajay

    Pehle muje lagta tha. Ki yog duniya mai subse easy exercise hai .lekin yeah video ke bad lagta hai ki ise jyada difficult kuch nahi hai.

    Oh my god, it was okay till 35 min 😂and then the real balancing session starts which i could not do any of them so please tell us other alternatives to balance in a crow so that will never stop the flow sir😅

    that yoga was way beyond the capability of a lot of those students. No real instruction of correct alignment of asanas.
