Not really, her slots are worse for most content, her skill is worse, her arts gives the same amount of art gen and a slightly larger barrier. Her abilities are also nothing to boast about, they're definitely not the worst but also not great. Really the main thing she has going for her is her true weapon and her better nuking potential, her true arts is great for nuking and her True Weapon gives her a lot of sustainability, making up for her slots. Could I see her being a bit better than Weaver? Sure, I personally feel they would both work about equally well but I could see her slipping just a bit ahead of Weaver. But in a whole other league of Weaver? If that's what you think you must just be kidding yourself because she really isn't all that much better than weaver

She is good, better than most units, I’d put her in the top few units in the game. But she’s not so astoundingly and absurdly good she blows everyone else out of the water, she makes runs faster and can give you more consistency, but she’s not completely meta changing like Thetis, Mako, and other units. I do think she’s better than weaver, but I think some people slightly overvalue her and think of her as this send all that can carry every stage in the game Also umm... She increases damage to enemy 30%, Ashe does by 50%, 30% is not more than 50%...

Jen is a woman as far as i know, which boss do you exactly mean? If its an awk ivy boss, try to use aristella as your status ailment and healing unit against the poisen, 1 art gauge buffer like priestess, fen or sonije (there are others as well and for the remaining 2 full fire dmg units like idk ragna, clyde, benimaru, ryouko matoi ect. It also depends on what equip and units you have ^^

They just threw better numbers (3k shield > 2k shield, higher arts dmg) on her, a lot more stuff to play with (True Weapon, More passives, Dual Arts) and faster animations. Powercreep yey. Still like Weaver more. He is designed pretty simple (2 passives that other units have as well, straight forward abilities without fancy conditions, buffs go instant (exept the water res shred... that´s going after the first hit. Which is in fact about as fast as Fen´s True Art Arts gen) but yet so effective they copied their unit and buffed it up to match the powercreep.

Spam arts for sustain and arts gen, TA for Nuke. Yes there are slight differences but over all Sistina´s kit is just a superior version of Weavers kit My point still stands. Yes she is "more appealing". She just got the same kit with powercreep numbers and more stuff to play with. Unit wise I still like Weaver more. From his design to purpose. I like Weaver more because 1 he looks like a cooler version of Roy, 2 his kit at the time had nothing similar and complements really nicely with WMelia/Vox, 3 for art spamming he was a choice general unit yes, but for the full potential of his kit he was a mono water unit, 4 he has intended shortcomings (slow animations, reliant on other units to give him those crits, no over the top damage numbers even for his time, he has no additional possibilities of dmg mitigation apart from his shield). Compare that to what they made out of Sistina: Buffs apply to everyone and everything. Animations are faster, she has that additional defense slot and while that might not be as good for art gen it doesn´t need to be cause there are a ton of reasonably potent to great attackers with added arts gen left and right (Dfen,Delia, Bw, Swick, Norn, Emira). The issue is that Sistina has no real shortcomings which need to be complimented by other units. She is waaay to choice general and too op to fullfill what makes this game so interesting: Niches, interaction and gimmicks Great examples: Alvina/Selia/Herck freeze strats, both Melias for timestop, Roy/Satsuki for Badoul nuking strats, Saitama for uncritable stages (YGaming showcases a bunch of interesting stuff too e.g. against Vitz), Sonije is another example of great design, Benimaru for magic nukes (he himself isn´t capable of much w/o Millim + Bw), Mamori Nuke Strats, Wargul/Est Break Nukes, Zeela against high evasion stuff, DMarzex or Dark Ninja (forgot his Name) against anti crit stuff and so on. Sistina doesn´t fullfill an interesting niche. She´s just your typical op gatcha unit cashgrab that hurts the game balance in my eyes. Unlike Vox or the Blood Knights in general her kit is designed in a way which can´t really be countered by stage design: Demon Killer, Water Res, Crit Res, High Phys res (See Ganan or Vitz for the last 2). Sistinas types of buffs just grant her a "do whatever you want and you´ll be fine"-pass. 100% dmg buff and dmg increase buff is nothing which really can be countered by design. Even if you give the boss 100% earth res or whatever she still amplifies all allies dmg by an insane amount or generates a good amount of arts while still having tanklike properties at the same time because of that defense slot. If the game is just about having the latest units it´s just another boring cashgrab gatcha, so basically dead cause niches are just not cutting the pure power of powercreep anymore. Or do you think the game is heading in a good direction when the possibilities to clear hard content is basically locked behind a very specific set of new units all the time? (Looking at Delia, Thetis stuff). At least Delia has that long ramp up time and slow animation as a small downside to her and Thetis relies on others / high hit counts for his own art gen. Yeah... that was a long rant. Tl:Dr : Sistina still a Weaver Ripoff and don´t like her for what she does to the game.
