Yeah, been researching a bit after hearing "Breathless", Wow, been a Hard road for some passionate singers/vocalists that Really have "Meaning and Inspirational" meanings in their music! Was quite nice that I discovered this today on "You-Tube". (Thanks "Guy P"). The Varieties of music from the 60's thru the 90's ( and perhaps a lil Prior to the 60's) played Soooo Much Into the the 2000's and today, It's UnReal! But, I Love IT! I was born about mid 50's. The progression and changes of music of ALL Types that I got to hear from then to now has been quite a journey and Enjoyable! Thank you for sharing this early beginning of "The Corrs".
I thought Andrea & sharon should take each part of the lyrics. When sharon sings, Andrea plays the tin whistle like in the song love to love you, there's a tin whistle sounds that Andrea can't possibly sing, it's "there's a pillar in my way you see..." sharon should sing that part while the whistle plays. And it is possible to perform live not recorded music like karaoke. Intimacy as well, Sharon can sing the part "remember when you were child..." And it's followed by the tin whistle first then the violin.
I think Sharon wrote this Gem.. she very much is taking the backing vocal range with this performance like she did with the group.. she a lower range compared to Andrea... but she has a gorgeous voice, amazing with harmonies etc... however I see why Andrea was the lead.
She has a great beautiful voice but since we all are familiar and used to hear Andrea's vocals in this song, technically it sounds like an amateur singer covering this song... I think if she sang different song not this one, I can see the uniqueness and will see how wonderful her voice is....

Nope... Andrea is the voice of the band... Sharon can sing, yes, but her voice is not as wonderful as Andrea's...
