Hi everyone I am an experience crew from indigo and i recently gave my interview in air india got selected and later they gave me Airbus and they also mentioned me as a fresher in their application when i asked air india hr to change it she said she made a mistake and won't change it. So basically i came to air india for growth but trust me they have zero value for crew there and i am now getting a striped of a fresher and also the same fleet as i used to fly with indigo, i also said that i would manage with striped of a freshee but atleat they can make the changes in my fleet and give me 777/787 but all they said was NO! The IFS department that is the one who manages in-flight are so cruel. They made me wait for 3 months and now my striped has been put on hold. I used my savings to pay my rent So ladies this is a request to not join Air India as they won't promise you fleet and will slam you later! I have been shattered and still dealing with the same. trust me indigo is growing and respect their employees. Best of luck! ❤

After giving 5-6 interview with Air India we have noticed that they are not fair while selecting girls. I have seen few girls getting rejected goes in the corner and calls someone and then they handover the phone to the crew and wohhhhh they get selected.
Plz di make one video on rules and regulations of air India cabin crew like Qatar... Is posting photos on social media in dress or in flight, making videos/vlogs/reels on flight, like indigo and SpiceJet, cabin crew do is allowed??
